We called because of the low service call fee and free video inspection. Louis came to out late at night and unplugged our sewer line. They couldn't video the line at night so they came back another day. When the line clogged in a different area, Louis helped us again. The video inspections revealed bigger problems. Alex got involved and helped with the sewer line and concrete replacement inside and out. They were honest, courteous, and paid attention to detail. I would recommend them anytime!

Austin was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He called in advance of arriving and showed up exactly when he said he would at the scheduled appointment time. Within minutes he assessed the situation and knew exactly what needed to be done. His installation and repair was completed so well that the plumbing looks better now than it did when the house was built! Even though it was a rather difficult job, Austin remained pleasant and worked through every challenge with a smile, genuinely glad to help. He ensured everything worked as it should and took time to show us how we can keep everything in good working order and avoid future issues. When he was done, there was no mess and no indication there was ever a problem. I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

Fast efficient informative

Plumber performed an excellent job analysing and identifying the plumbing problem we were experiencing and then performing quality, meticulous work to resolve it. He was timely, courteous, informative, and diligent in his investigation of what turned out to be a strange problem caused by some work done by a prior homeowner. We received a consultation and quotation from him as well, but we preferred the procedure and strategy. We'll definitely contact him if we have any future plumbing issues.

John came to fix our clogged bathroom drain. He was on-time, wearing a mask, and was very friendly. He proceeded to attack the clog while explaining everything to us. He worked hard at the stubborn clog while we watched nervously as the pipes are old. He got it! When finished, he checked and double checked the flow of water and cleaned the entire work area. I would highly recommend Day & Night as they also installed/service our Trane A/C unit. Very pleased!
