Get a second opinion! I had called Custom Plumbing to help clear a line as our washing machine was backing up into our kitchen sink. The first technician that came out tried to snake the drain from inside to no avail and then tried from the roof which of course was a higher cost than the $69 advertised price which honestly is understandable. The technician, however, couldn't get anywhere with the snake and said he would send out his supervisor to do the "free" camera inspection. When the supervisor came out he immediately took the camera on the roof then told me that after running the camera he could only get so far and that the camera went black. His explanation was that we have a collapsed pipe and would have to pay anywhere between $3500 to just under $10k to replace one line and made mention of remodeling my laundry room and replacing cabinets (?) while we were at it. He basically just said it's my money, if you want to spend it to call them when we're ready to have them come do the work, or not, whatever.This didn't sit right with me and I didn't feel they were being honest. I reached out to a friend who referred me to another reputable company to get a second opinion. The other company came out the next day and cleared the line without going on the roof and had us up and running in under an hour for less than $150. The free camera inspection and having a supervisor come out seemed more like a closer than an actual inspection. If I would have continued with this company I would have been out $3-$10k for services that weren't necessary. Do your due diligence and get a second opinion. Even if they charge you a couple hundred it may save you thousands in the long run.

I used Parker and Sons for the first time and their customer service was great. I had Max as my technician who fixed my shower. He was very professional, great customer service, knowledgeable and went above and beyond especially when it came to cleaning up afterwards. Wow, from start to finish, which was incredibly FAST, this company was delightful. The women I spoke to on the phone were accommodating and cheerful and honestly that is so refreshing. Our technician was Anthony, who happens to be the son of the original Anthony that started the company. He was the most efficient, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable technician we’ve ever had do work for us. Lovely experience that almost made me forget we had a plumbing problem. I won’t hesitate to call them for any future issues! HIGHLY recommend. Anthony, thanks for having such a positive and kind spirit and for getting the job done so quickly!

Due to bad pex (plastic piping) originally installed in home and subsequent leak / mold in kitchen wall had to have total repipe of hot water lines in 5 year old house. AZIP was contracted to do the job by the manufacturer. Romero and Bianca did 95% of the work and they are a great team. Well qualified, competent, compassionate and helpful. Did great work. Highly recommend them.

Alejandro was everything I would want a service tech to be if he was working in my organization. He was friendly and went right to work. He zero’s in on the problem being a dis-functional component for which he had a replacement on hand. Repair was done in a few minutes. Our home is once again comfortable. A great technical!

I contracted with them for work, and they had to work a lot of overtime, but they didn't charge me for it. He was one of the most remarkable plumbers, discovering difficulties that I had no idea existed. I cannot suggest these highly enough.

Wonderful service and fair price. I called Scott's AZ Services after a plumber botched a job in my new home leaving me with leakes everywhere. Scott's Services did a marvelous job not only cleaning up the botched job but actually fixing my plumbing issues. They replaced all faucets and lines leading up to the faucets, replaced garbage disposal, and uncloged a toilet.

Everything was great except the price. For less than one hours work it was $395.00. We knew this going in, but companies that charge flat rates for a particular job are 99% of the time over charging. We've had more and more of these experiences in the last few years.
