Best Air Conditioner Repair in Phoenix AZ

Very pleased with this company especially Cody who was the one that originally came out to give me an estimate on cost to replace my 2 AC/ Heat systems. Very personable and honest young man. Scheduled the work within a couple days of accepting their estimate. The workers came on time and finished the entire job the same day by mid afternoon. Hopefully everything will work as it should. Very pleased with Cody stopping by while his workers were installing system and answering any questions I had.

When it comes down to selecting a company to service your HVAC units, they need to have technicians who are honest and knowledgeable.
Rick has been servicing the HVAC units at my homes and I have referred him to friends and family. I have never been disappointed with the service he provides. He is honest and very courageous. He has vast knowledge of what he does and can find issues in a very reasonable time.
I have been very happy with Expert HVAC and I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Eric Smith came out to do our Annual checkup with our plumbing. Did an awesome job. Flushed our water heater, cleared a drain and even checked the quality of our RO system.

They resolved the problem, and I could not be more pleased with the service they provided. They were honest, professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and were happy to answer all of my questions. Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning is the best and most affordable company I have found. Our air was no longer blowing cold and we just surpassed the 100-degree mark for the year. Val was able to get to us within an hour (as a first-time customer that hadn't used their services ever before!). He assessed the unit/issue and explained to us, in terms we'd understand, what that meant, what it'd cost and when they would be able to get us in if we'd like to move forward with it. We agreed upon a price and Val was able to do the repairs right then & there. When Val didn't have one of the parts he needed another tech swung by to get him the part and lend a hand.

(As a side note, I had called a different company a couple weeks earlier to just install a Google Nest thermostat which ended with them spending 3 hours heating my place up to 88 degrees and let me know that they would need to perform $3400 of work to replace some valve on the unit in order for it to work with the Nest OR replace the unit for $10-$20K. I asked if he could just return the system to the way it was before he did anything, which he did for $80. So, $80 to heat my house up for 3 hours and not install the thermostat, Thanks but no thanks Larson's Air Conditioning.)

The owner of Valley's Best H & A/C, Chase, stopped by to see how things were progressing as well as looking at duct and plumbing work in the attic. Chase made notes of all the things he noticed that he'd suggest addressing. He worked up an estimate of what those repairs would cost. There was never the, “if you don't do X, Y, Z & 1, 2, 3, really soon your pipes will probably start leaking, cause mold, all your ac is escaping because you need more insulation, etc., etc. pressure. It was simply a hey this is what I suggest and why and if you want to choose our company to do that work this is what it would cost. He even threw in a free inspection at a later date!

No one likes spending lots of money but with Valley's Best Heating & Air Conditioning you don't have the anxiety of wondering about the quality of service you'll receive or being talked into something you do not need. At no time was there ever a conversation about a needing a new unit, where others just try to scare you into big repairs and then bridge that to just buying a new unit. I will be having them address all my Heating & A/C needs.

I’ve had nothing but problems with my A/C unit since they installed it. Especially when it rains. They failed to properly seal the flashing and every time it rains water leaks through the flashing, through my ceiling. Absolutely do not recommend.

James came out on an extremely hot day. We came home after work and the AC was not working. Called on after getting referred by a friend for their professionalism and honesty. He showed up in about 40 minutes from the first time I reached out and fixed my system in less than an hour. Very polite and cleaned up after himself. I wish more companies worked like Just Air. I will be using them again the next time I need maintenance!

My husband and I had AZ Perfect Comfort out to our home to address a problem with our AC unit. The service technician was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the problem the same day. The charge was very reasonable. The technician took pictures to show us what the problem was and what he had done to fix the issue. I know the owner John through membership in the Anthem Chamber. I wanted to have John's company out because he is a kind and trustworthy person. We had a great, easy experience from calling the office through completion of the work. We will be using them again in the future and highly recommend the company. Plus- John is a Veteran and we appreciate his service to our country and now our community!

We were originally set up with another company but when we went for a second opinion Chuck came over did the assessment and he was able to break everything down to us to where we could understand it. He informed us that they would be here at 7:30 the next morning and they were. Our techs were Chuck and Jeremy, absolutely polite, clean and professional they jumped right in to get the job done. The Crane was to be here 10 o'clock it was actually a little bit early so everything went really fast but they took their time. They practiced safety with everything. When the install was complete they then walked us through how to use the thermostat and helped us to connect it to the phone. We will definitely keep using this company we will recommend this company to everybody. Five star ? service. WE NOW HAVE PEACE OF MIND THEY WE MADE A SOLID INVESTMENT!!! ITS HARD TO STOP A TRANE!!! What can I say? I adore this company. I'm a hard customer to impress but each and every time this company exceeds every expectation. Full disclosure---I love aliens so I am partial to any company that has alien in its name, but they are the real deal (as are aliens by the way.) This company is amazing.

Stuart Myers came out the first time to look at my AC unit and wanted me to make a same day decision to replace the unit to the tune of ~$15k (the heat stopped working), cited it didn't make sense to repair and quoted a bunch of diagnostic fees, etc. I asked for an email with a few different write ups/options so I could think it over and he agreed to do so, almost 2 weeks later and I never got any of the promised write-ups via email. I reached back out to the company and requested different techs come out, they sent Carlos Padilla and Hugo (didn't get Hugo's last name). They looked at the unit and said it was misdiagnosed initially, followed through with quotes for both repair cost(s) and/or replacement via email as requested. Come to find out they had turned the AC unit off (on my roof) and never turned it back on before leaving my home. I'm unsure whether it was intentional but I have my suspicions (fishing for another service call). Needless to say I will not allow ACE back to my home, nor can I recommend them to others.
