I wanted to give Michael from Goettle a big thank you. I was having a loud sound coming from my new AC. They had come out a month or so go and fixed it. Unfortunately, my unit is being temperamental. Michael came out and swapped out some parts. Hopefully that takes care of the issue. Michael thank you for listening to me and hearing me describing the issue. Fingers crossed! Merry Christmas and Goettl has a customer for life!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND if I could give a 100 stars I would!!! From going in between back & forth with our home warranty to making sure we were taken care of since the very beginning of the whole process!! Tori made sure to answer any questions I may have had when I called and was very kind during this difficult process!! Mike, Tim, and Michael also communicated diligently day after day trying to get both our indoor & outdoor unit replaced for us. After a nearly 3 month battle they got BOTH units approved!!! They've all worked so hard for us & we greatly appreciate it!!!! This family run company is the BEST in the business ? they go above & beyond!! Had a problem with my unit—not only did Jennifer get me a next day appt, but the tech arrived within the allotted time. I had heat in 30 minutes. Apparently, the tech was kind enough to also bring in the 5 gal jugs of water that had been delivered—without my asking him to do so. What a nice surprise!! Thank you Jennifer and Frank?
