Super amazing team!!! The guy who came to look at the issue the first day was super professional and kind. We were in a need to wait situation due to needing parts for an entire new system change out. This guy seemed genuinely concerned and got me on contact with CJ for more details. Both men suggested great ideas for things I could do to help relieve the heat in the waiting period. CJ was an awesome guy who went above and beyond accepting and returning my calls multiple times and days to figure out scheduling and help in conflicts. I could not be home during the install but my wife was able to get off work to be here. Frisco and the other guy who came here made her feel comfortable and really were not even noticed most of the time here. (And this was an all day job) I really appreciate the service I received and the quality of the people we came in contact with. Initially I loved penguin air, they replaced my entire hvac system about 9 years ago.Since then, it’s been nothing but up-charges and problems. Some of the techs are good, some just want to make a hefty commission.During the 9 years with my replaced AC system, some bedrooms were way too hot to ever sleep in, I escalated, asked for solutions, was never really provided anything — finally I said ‘just add another air vent to the room’….I was blown away when they tried to charge me $1100 to fix a problem that had been ongoing for nearly a decade. The vent install works very well, I just don’t feel that I should have had to pay anything for it.I also want to add that I pay $20 a month for their premier service or whatever it’s called — I’ve used it once in maybe 3 years.They just don’t value the customer like they did when I first started using them.

Cruz was very good. Saw the problem. Solved it. I was surprised to call and someone came the same day and came back the next morning and replaced the water heater. It was a good experience.

I contracted with them for work, and they had to work a lot of overtime, but they didn't charge me for it. He was one of the most remarkable plumbers, discovering difficulties that I had no idea existed. I cannot suggest these highly enough.

Extremely courteous staff who answer the phones and the plumber explained everything he was going to do and why. Was unable to repair the same day due to not having the parts on his truck, however advised would be back the next day to complete the work and completed the work well ahead of schedule. Our water osmosis setup was leaking, and the company replaced it. Also fixing a corroded fitting on my sink.

Our AC went out early on a Sunday morning….they sent out a technician to find out that the fan they had just put in a month earlier broke. Had to wait till Monday to order the part's….after going 24 hours without A/C I called and talked to Marisa who made sure we got a portable unit brought out right away! Demond P. Came with the unit and set it up and they put a rush on the part to have it overnighted. Both Marisa and Demond were courteous and sympathetic for our situation and made sure they did what they could to help while we waited for the part.
