Having an AC unit go out is always painful but Zeb, Daniel and Kyler made it a little less painful. Daniel and Kyler installed an AC unit today in the AZ heat of the day and were excellent. Exceeded expectations. Our AC went out last night and this morning I called several companies only to have a tech available the next day. I needed someone today and found that with Desert Diamond. They scheduled me within 4 hours of my call and then were able to come earlier due to a cancellation. Our technician, Nixa, was knowledgeable, personable and explained everything in detail. This company was wonderful to work with.

I purchased a new unit from Gabe and 3 years into it one of the hottest weekends I found myself and my family living in 94 degrees in my house. They were quick to respond but could do nothing to fix it until Trane opened on Monday. My unit has been running non stop since Friday. Not sure how I will pay my enormous electric bill. Plus this was a miserable weekend

Derrick came today to do a yearly service our heating. He was wonderful and professional, explained things well that I didn't know, and was polite and friendly. We will continue to use Goettl because their employees really are great.

Alex came and took care of business!! He was fast af, quickly identified the problem and resolved the issue with what has to be a decades worth of experience. I’ve spent more time with the pizza delivery guy than I did with Alex which is nuts. Thanks for the incredible service, I’ll definitely use you guys again.

Michael did a great job checking our AC units yesterday (2/19/20)and telling me what he found on each unit.

Faster than a speeding bullet ... more reasonable than most competitors ... able to fix homeowner-error-created problems in a single bound. Called them at 2:30 on a Monday afternoon. Service tech was here and gone by 5:05. They even fixed a second problem I didn't know I had. Terrific service!!!

Their work is excellent. Me and my husband were very satisfied with the work done . We travel a lot and don’t have time to wait around for companies to fool around with prices , nor they themselves setting the dates on when they can come take a look at my AC so we're more than happy these people were fast and efficient when they came down on our own time to set up our new AC unit. So far so good.

Sam and Mario came out this morning to re-route some duct work and balance the air flow. Got it done and now all's working fine.

The service is excellent. Kole was friendly and professional. There was good communication about arrival time. The unit was serviced efficiently, filter changed and was good to go in less than an hour.

Kyle was very professional and did a very thorough job of fixing the main issue as well as discovering other parts that needed repair or replacement. He took pictures and shared them with me, took his time explaining what, why and how and answered my questions. He did a great job and so far my older AC system is working very well. Thank you!
