I had them come out to quote a garbage disposal replacement and a leaky toilet, probably a wax ring replacement. Just for the toilet alone was quoted at $1500.00 well over $600 for the disposal. Unbelievable! Watch out, I just saw the reply, there was no mention of any emergency disconnect valves...none. possible flange. Possible wax ring and maybe the valve stop. $1500 still unbelievable and unacceptable.

Had a quality tech named Grayson come out and fix my AC. Gave me three different options I could choose from to fix my AC and was very detailed with the pros and cons of each option. Walked me through exactly what he was doing and took a video after explaining what was replaced and why. Definitely will be requesting his service again in the future

The crew that was sent to my house to install a new AC unit were amazing! Dave , JC and Riley rocked it! The Job was completed in a timely manner as well as they were all very polite and respectful! I would also like to mention my service guy Matthew! He was very clear about what was wrong with my old AC and even made sure my sister and I had heat until the new AC unit could be installed! My tenant called and said there AC went out. So I contacted Old Republic Warranty and turned in a priority claim since its 115 degrees in Surprise,AZ. This was the beginning of being introduced to Mike from 1st Choice Mechanical. Mike went above and beyond the call of duty to correct our problem. He reached out and made himself available that day. He discover that the compressor was bad. Now this is where things got interesting. The warranty company normally orders the parts which takes 8 to 10 days but because of Mike they allowed him to purchase the parts and fix it right away.
Hats off to both Mike and Old Republic. They worked together to fine the best solution. I highly recommend both for outstanding customer satisfaction.

My son's AC unit was making some odd noises...He rents the house from us, so I made the call to Sun Devil for a check up. I didn't realize I called after hours so I hung up and never left a message. At 9AM the next morning I received a call back! It was amazing! I scheduled service for Friday morning between 8 and 10. The techs arrived early, already had a ladder up and were on the roof inspecting. The unit that was on the roof was old - it was installed in 1998 and ready to go out. Being that next week it will be 116 degrees, I chose to purchase a new unit to beat the heat. THE SAME DAY they had a crane and delivered a brand new TRANE AC Unit, replaced our old thermostat and replaced our filter grill that allows much better airflow. Impressive! We used them 3 years ago on our own home - AC went out right before vacation in JULY - hottest time of year - we had pets that were staying home and being looked after - Sun Devil came out the next morning to install a new AC unit so no worry about pets. We have referred many friends and will continue to do so.

Service Tech, Leo, arrived ahead of schedule, presented in a professional manner, identifying himself and clarifying the purpose of our call for service. He then gathered the appropriate tools and I led him to where he could access the system to check it out.
Now, in my 6+ decades on the planet, I've been in various types of service businesses, where customer service is of utmost importance. I also happen to know a thing, or two about Air-Conditioning and HVAC, but am not now licensed to service them. Because of these facts, some might say I am Tough when it comes to 'vetting' service techs. (I have invited more than one to leave)
I simply expect a service Tech to Know what they're doing, and to be Professional about their doing it. Leo and AzPerfectComfort.com exceeded expectations. Juan was very professional and courteous. He fixed a programming error on my thermostat and had my heat running right away.

Steven went over the top to make sure all my concerns were addressed properly. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in complete detail. With all that, he was also friendly and considerate.
