A lateral sewer clog produced a backlog, which I discovered early. On a Saturday afternoon, though, there are no toilets, showers, or basins. John came to fix our clogged bathroom drain. He was on-time, wearing a mask, and was very friendly. He proceeded to attack the clog while explaining everything to us. He worked hard at the stubborn clog while we watched nervously as the pipes are old. He got it! When finished, he checked and double checked the flow of water and cleaned the entire work area. I would highly recommend Day & Night as they also installed/service our Trane A/C unit. Very pleased!

This is our 2nd year using a service contract with ACE on our heat pump. All the service techs I have had contact with have been excellent. Jim S did todays maintenance and he did a very good job. He was very knowledgeable of the unit, and did a thorough cleaning and check up of the system. I believe maintenance is very important to keep things running trouble free and greatly extends the life of the unit. I'm very happy with ACE Home Services.
