Quality service is rare these day. The installers we had for our new AC units, Ivan and Sergio, were awesome! They were efficient and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer allof our questions. I had an old AC unit go out at my house. Had 4 companies come out and quote a replacement. Desert Diamond was prompt, clear about options, not sales-y, and also had the best price by far. Normally I'm skeptical of lowest price options, but reading reviews here I decided to go for it. They were quick, thorough, and did a great job on the installation. I also had them out to clear a condensate line, and do seasonal inspections on my other 2 units. Each time they were quick to respond and send someone out, and the techs they sent were very knowledgeable and professional. Months later, when their air conditioner went out, another HVAC company was going to charge 2700 to fix or 5k to replace. Gabe and his team looked at the unit and determined it was only the fan that had failed. Cost was only $550.00. Integrity, service, quality... timely support.

We have some roots clogging the drain and a friend recommended Goettl. It was great to be able to schedule an appointment online at 10 PM Sunday night for the next day. Larry spent time making sure he got the roots all cleared out. He was very nice and thoroughly explained the problem and our options. I will definitely call Goettl again.

This was the only company I could get to come out same day and within a few hours. The tech was very nice and knowledgeable. We’ll use them again in the future if needed.

This is the first time we have used Sun Devil Heating and cooling. We first called for service on a 1994 Trane unit, it had a leak, the technician found the leak, tried to add Freon but it kept leaking out,. He gave us the cost to fix and cost for new unit. Tech did a great job. We checked around, and found the price to be very competitive. We agreed to a new unit, the install was scheduled, rescheduled when no one showed up (we were not called), the crew showed up two plus hours late to install. My only concern on install was that the tech did a terrible job insulating the outside line, and left a mess at the site. The inside air handler has about 2 inches of tape connecting the air handler and ductwork, I was told the shop does their own fabrication for installs, I guess that's what I expected. The crew did not bring the new thermostat promised, so that came the next day several hours after scheduled (no call). I was just leaving when the tech drove up. Unfortunately, thermostat wasn't the problem. Kyle ended up replacing the AC circuit breaker. This cost me several hundred dollars ?. I live in an older home and expect things to need replacing from time to time.
