The service provider was very professional...Knew exactly what he had to do after troubleshooting the system and began to explain the difference in the cost of of the difference of the 3 choices I had. Of course I chose the cheapest. The refill of coolant and Sealant...I just fill that 1895.00 was a little to expensive. I guess that's the price we have to pay to live here in The Free State of Arizona!Hopefully the Sealant holds, otherwise it will up and around $10.000 to replace the coil on the ceiling.

We have used Hobaica for the last 12 years with the installation of a new AC unit. We continued with twice yearly checkups to insure the unit stays in tip-top shape. Our service technician, Justin, does an amazing job evaluating any potential problems to insure we will not experience any breakdowns. He is always on time, professional and extremely nice and easy to work with. We highly recommend Justin and the Hobaica team!

I had a few other quotes for a new air conditioning unit on my home in Tempe, but Frank came out and gave an extremely fair price right away without any going back and forth- felt comfortable with him, and could tell he has a lot of experience and confidence about his work and business. I would give him 5 stars just for being up front, honest, and for giving me a good price without any pushy sales hoopla. Grateful to have this new unit before the summer temps invade! As 100deg hit a few weeks ago. Quickly discovered field mice had made a winter meal out of wiring in 2 of my outside units. A quick call and the tech arrived. Besides simply replacing chewed up wiring, he recommended some protective pipe sleeve to prevent this from happening next winter. That’s what I really appreciated, going beyond just the fix to prevent problems next year and beyond.

Just Air was on the SRP list for A/C checkup and I have continued to use them for two years now.
They are very professional and thorough when explaining repairs. I cannot see on my roof but I trust them and feel confident in recommending them.
