Best Air Conditioning Service in Phoenix AZ

I initially called on a Saturday and Craig came out the next day! He took a look at the work and recommended a follow up visit to have a camera inspection done on my sewer line. Craig and Jessie promptly showed up at the scheduled time to do the camera inspection. I also mentioned that I had a leaking hose bib and they were able to replace it the same day. Finding good contractors is hard but Craig and Jessie proved that I can count on Custom Plumbing and from here on out, Custom Plumbing will be my go-to plumber.

Mike was amazing. Stayed at the house until he was able to fix the problem. He kept us updated too. Truly amazing. Highly recommend this company and Mike to everyone.

Mark was the tech assigned to fix an overflow issue in my laundry room and did an outstanding job. He explained what needed to be done, offered additional services that I will request at a later date. He was very professional and had a great attitude. I will definitely call Anthony's Plumbing for all future plumbing needs and will request Mark!

I got a new RO system. The price was amazing and the service even more so, if that can be. I will use Second Opinion for all of my plumbing and ac needs. Kyle serviced the ordering and installation of the RO. He is polite, knowledgeable, responsible and very skilled. Excellent business!

Their driver almost just caused a 4 car accident then he got on the highway and way doing about 100 because he pulled away and was out of sight within seconds. Horrible driver this business should not allow that

First off we are renters and have no idea about the value. That being said, we had a 7-9am window and Sam arrived promptly just after 7am. We also received a call from the office confirming thst Sam was on his way. He came to do an AC tune up. He was very polite, professional, and took about two hours to complete the call. He was very thorough. The unit is very old and he could have easily said it needed repair and we wouldn't have been the wiser. He cleaned up after himself and I appreciated the fact the he locked my gate when he left as I hobble with a cane. Good experience from the beginning, would definitely suggest to the landlord to keep using them and recommend to neighbors.

Austin H. came to our property at Sierra Foothills to work on some plumbing repairs. We have a lot of vendors who come in and out of our property but Austin H. was very polite, respectful and dressed professionally . That what we like to see and work with. This was my first time calling and have to tell you from the rep on the phone Carmela , Josh online and my service technician Alonso, it was very pleasant and professional all around. He called and arrived when he said he would. Once he was here he took time to explain and show me what he was doing. I would recommend Penguin Air to friends and family.

Master bath toilet was not flushing properly. They came out and did some diagnostics and adjustments but it still wasn't flushing to my satisfaction. Called back to get a redispatch. There was no argument and the plumber showed up the next day on time. Jacob was very professional and even though the problem was not able to be diagnosed (it flushed every time for him even with him spending a good deal of time trying to make it misbehave- stupid toilet.) I was not charged for the second visit at all.

I used them again, this time to unclog a sink at one of my tenants' homes. They were offered right away, with a selection of window times. The plumber accommodated the modification and spoke with me on a regular basis. He spent many hours with snakes ranging from garden to Anaconda, all while being monitored and commanded. They were really courteous and patient with the older renter, which I appreciated. And the cost was really affordable! Use these people! :)

Izzy Muniz at his best.. walked through the issue showed what's causing issue and drained the nasty water blocked in AC pan.. answered all my weird questions.. changed the capacitors which adding load on motor. thanks for your service Izzy keep up the good work ?I would recommend day and night to anyone they have best technicians as far as my experience
