Of course, the AC went out after business hours. We called at 7p, they got here at 11. The wait sucked, but it’s a big city with hot weather and they’re busy. He fixed the problem in about 10 minutes and went on his way. It was an electrical issues, which is common here evidently, and out of my husband’s scope of knowledge. Nathan and Penguin Air were life savers last night. Thank you!! ??

I had my AC looked at for routine inspection and Alexander Beltz was the technician. He was professional and got the job well done. Even helped me out with their membership maintenance plan to help lower cost of repair and gave a lot of great advice since my AC unit is really old, highly recommend them!

I called the emergency line on Saturday at 7:25PM because my AC had stopped working and the house was at 86 degrees. I spoke to Chase, and he was able to get my house on the list for the following day on Sunday at 4:00PM. The AC was fixed very quickly within 15 minutes and the house has began cooling down. Thank you for your speedy service in under 24 hours. It was very important to me to get the AC fixed as quick as possible as I have a puppy. I definitely recommend this company and will share with anyone else who needs repairs or AC help.

We had a troubled gas heater acting up. It took multiple companies across several days to troubleshoot. Nobody could figure out the problem until Dave got on the job. Here we are, not even 2 years after installation of our mini-split and it doesn't work. Again. This place is atrocious to deal with. While giving the worst customer service, they told us how excellent their service is, as evidenced by their reviews. They're great when you don't have a problem. Beware if you have any issues!
