Best Air Conditioning Repair / Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

I had to call a plumber for an emergency around 9pm. Both toilets and bath tubs were clogged. Lady on phone stated their price with no hidden cost. Cost is reasonable and exactly what the lady said. Dustin was nice and it only took him less then 35mins. to fix. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

They conducted themselves very professionally, from the calling service to the person that came to repair my faucet which was Brandon Ward. I would definitely use them again for all the services they provide so I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service and very knowledge. We were going to remodel our home and wanted to be sure there were no plumbing repairs that might crop up, so Hero took care of us. From my 1st call to the company, my questions were answered, a fair estimate given, and timely response to do the job. The company representative that answered my phone questions came out for the inspection and the needed hydro-jetting the next day. Video and intelligent explanations provided by the rep gave me the understanding to make my decisions easily on how I wanted to proceed. I had to replace a portion of my main line under the foundation in my house. The rep continued as my supervisor of the job for continuity. They made the best of the plumbing issue with fair pricing, their care to protect my belongings, minimal digging to access the pipes, very intelligent solutions to the repair with extremely great servicemen, and clean-up was done leaving me little to do. No more plumbing issue to worry about.

Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

Jose and Leo were very friendly and courteous. They stayed until late (9:00) until the installation was completed. Very, very professional . Their workmanship was outstanding. We are very happy with our new cooling/heating system.

Oliver is very knowledgeable and kept us informed as to the inspection of our unit. We are very happy with his courteous professional attitude.

Matthew was very friendly, courteous and professional. He gave us some good advice as to our water lines for the clothes washer. We also talked a bit about water softeners and tankless water heaters. Good information for the future. The only problem I had was with scheduling. We were originally scheduled for Friday between 2-6. Just before 2, I received a call to reschedule. Which I did for today between 8-11. Received a call at 9:29 and was informed that a plumber would be at my residence within a hour. Matthew showed up at 11:14. He had to come all the way from Cave Creek, which took 1 1/2 hours. Not Matthew's fault. I point the entire blame on scheduling.

84 year old mother in law’s AC went out. She has a Scottsdale condo and still, with help, lives on her own. Our daily temps (7/20/22) had been in excess of 110 degrees so after being told that Penguin couldn’t provide service the day her system quit, even though they promote they offer emergency service and I felt an 84 year old woman living w/o AC was an emergency, they gave her an appointment for “1st thing in the morning” and told her to be there by 7am.She complied, sat in her home as temps spiked, called their “customer service” repeatedly throughout the entire day and was told EACH TIME that she was next and a technician was on the way. A tech NEVER SHOWED, by the end of day she was a weak wreck. Torturing senior citizens is a crime in my opinion. Absolutely no excuse for their treatment of her that day. The “Great Customer Service” they promise is a total lie.Well. it would be great if it was possible to reply directly to the Response from the owner that was received but possibly this will suffice. 1st, I didn't say that she was on an emergency schedule, only that she had hoped but was told they weren't available that day. The appointment she had for the next day was scheduled. Not to a precise time but in consideration for NOT being able to provide the day before, was promised a First thing in the morning and told that it could be as early as 8:00am so in that, my statement was wrong. She had told me she returned there at 7:00 taking no chances of missing them. As far as you needing account info? There was no Account, just an appointment. If you would like to REALLY investigate, without giving too much info on this open site, you have the date and the location was on N. 117th Pl. Oh, and there was NO confusion with another company.

After the installation was completed, the installers took the time to explain how to use and maintain the Pure water system. They also made sure that everything was working properly before they left. I appreciated their attention to detail and their commitment to customer satisfaction.

We have had Enes at our home a number of times and he has done a very good job. Donley has been our AC supplier since we came to the valley 18 years ago. Their prices are not the lowest in the valley, but their service is very good, their technicians knowledgeable and reliable. The only reason I do not give them 5 stars is because of the pricing, especially plumbing. All said I will continue to use them for all my AC needs and I have recommended them to neighbors and friends

They were extremely helpful in clearly describing what they discovered, the possible roots of the problem, and providing me with the information I needed to begin future repairs and enhancements (and possibly document poor workmanship by a contractor I used earlier). Thank you very much!

Eddie identified the problem immediately took necessary action to confirm the part was under warranty, retrieved the part and then finished the project by installing an additional safeguard to ward off possible power surges. Eddie was professional, efficient, thorough and personableI have been a customer of Day and Night for 16 years and would use no other. Consistent and professional in all they do from answering the phone, scheduling, service and follow through.

We had them out to install a water softener. They were on time and VERY professional!
I was skeptical about this item, BUT my husband wanted it. The first few showers I took I felt oily, I thought maybe it wasnt for me, but then realized it was a CLEAN feeling I was having! I am in LOVE with it now! Less water usage for everything, which for a family of 4 is HUGE. Your hair is softer and fuller, your skin is silky and smooth and laundry seems to be cleaner than ever before!

After finally getting our service, our AC works great. Scott even came back to check it when we were concerned. Both people that came out seemed trustworthy and completed repairs well. Great communication with the services performed. We will use again in the future.
