These people are liars and thieves.They steal from their employees and their clients. Don't believe the lack of negative reviews, they pay to have them removed. They used my fiance's licenses and sent a completely unqualified lead plumber to make the money and starved out the good employee. Took jobs he sold and gave them to their Dirty little pet. Paid him nothing to clean up their messes because they don't hire real plumbers and to do personal favors with little to no compensation. Owners are complete NARCISSISTS with everything that comes with the disorder. Everyone in the Valley knows that they started the business with equipment they procured from a previous employer who died. Their plumbers aren't certified for much of anything. They also used his personal account at parts warehouses for his discount WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE. Typical Arizona plumbing company with ZERO integrity. Save yourself money and heartache and avoid these people like the plague.

I am so happy with my Hays experience(s). Had a clog in my line and my A/C was dripping water out of the ceiling!!! “Ideal” came to my rescue and had it fixed in no time. He was courteous, professional and explained to me what needed to be fixed. Excellent service! Thank you Ideal!!

New HVAC system purchased 2/2019 w/ Lifetime Heat Exchanger & Compressor Warranty; 10 Year Unit Replacement on Condenser & Furnace; 10 Year Parts Warranty; 10 Year Labor Warranty; 5 Year Maintenance Agreement from Pengiun Air (PA). AC unit stopped operating Friday 27AUG2021. 28AUG2021 called PA to schedule tech to come out. Dispatcher stated someone would be out that day. No one called or showed up Sat. Repeated calls to PA sat, sat night, Sun, Sun night, and Mon morning. Tech did not come out until Mon @ ~ noon. I had several requests to have manager (Tonya) to call me and explain what was happening and why it took 2.5 days for a tech to come out. Temps were 105+ Deg those days. I missed 14.5 hours of work waiting for a tech to call or come out. PA dispatcher and website state that they are a 24/7 company. HVAC unit has not been operating/ configured correctly since install on 2/22/2019. Managers do not respond to requests for call backs. Cant recommend this company for use.15SEP2021 UPDATE:Penguin Air Tech and Goodman Tech came out 14SEP2021 to diagnosis the system and take readings. They adjusted the blower speed also. An hours after they left the Compressor started to make loud surging noise Called the desk and talked to Nicole who submitted an urgent ticket and stated someone would call me back shortly. No one called back. Had to submit a ticket online. Tech is suppose to arrive this morning but hasnt as of yet. Highly unprofessional and unreliable.DONT USE PENGUIN AIR.

I usually don't write reviews of places but felt responsible to post this information. I was recently receiving quotes for a tesla wall connector installation and the person performing the quote evaluation from this company was asking a lot of questions like how much money do you make, what type of tesla did you buy which I took as small talk in the beginning until I received my quote. The quote from this company was 3000$~. Other certified tesla installers are giving me quotes from 700-900$ for the same amount of work. I asked for an itemized quote from this company and was ghosted.

It felt like this company was attempting to take advantage of me and wanted to post as a warning to others to shop around and get competing quotes when interfacing with this business.

The simpler installations from other certified tesla installers are around 500-600$, so still triple priced based off of your quote. I would deem what you commented on what makes us different are what other companies consider to be basic requirements and are also including in their quotes to me. Leaving this review up, especially since the reply from the owner is complete and utter nonsense. Stop supporting predatory business practices.

When I needed a new air-conditioning unit I interviewed several companies and felt like Desert diamond company I could trust. This has been a very good decision! I have had my unit serviced every six months for the last three years and every person I have come into contact with from this company has been professional and friendly. I feel like their prices are fair and I would definitely recommend Desert Diamond for products and services.

our AC at the store went out of a few weeks ago and at the warehouse it gets extremely hot and we called them and within the next day they started working. They were so fast and professional, and getting it done and not being in our way as we are trying to run a business.Moises was just awsome in keeping me in the loop

Noe and Eddie were superior with manners, they also answered any questions and were very understanding with concerns I may have had. Greatly satisfied. I would love to have them back!

They were incredibly fast and able to replace our broken HVAC system in between our guests’ stays. They were great at communicating with us quickly and with care. Their warranty is also excellent. They weren’t the cheapest but they had the best overall package of service and warranty. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I wish my experience was the same. I am going on 10 days with a broken ac and the company has become MIA and not filling their report as required. They have not reached out to complete repairs.

Had a problem with my unit—not only did Jennifer get me a next day appt, but the tech arrived within the allotted time. I had heat in 30 minutes. Apparently, the tech was kind enough to also bring in the 5 gal jugs of water that had been delivered—without my asking him to do so. What a nice surprise!! Thank you Jennifer and Frank?

My heater stopped working and they showed up about 2 hours later. I was amazed. Polite and fair priced. Replaced a motor even had it on his van. I will definitely recommend this company

Ac service within an hour on a Sunday, nothing really beats that! Lol. This is the one company I never feel like is hustling me. :)

From beginning to end, Day & Night was nothing short of fantastic. Our salesperson Brian explained the process and answered all of our questions. Michael and Juan came out a few days later to install our new A/C unit. They were both timely and professional. They also answered all of our questions and addressed any issues.

AC went out last week-end, and of course, it was a very stressful situation. I had 3 different AC companies come out and each told me the same thing. Just Air had the best finance option and were willing to meet or beat the price of the competition. One company stated that the Just Air price and schedule.would be just cutting corners. I ended up choosing Just Air for the work and they were just awesome. James in the field and Danielle in the office are a great team. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our new A/C unit from AZ Perfect Comfort was our 3rd (in 3 houses). They are honest, reliable, reasonable, and efficient.

We moved into our new house and replaced the 19-year-old A/C system with a new, high efficiency one. Fred was fantastic about outlining our options, even explaining why we didn't need the most expensive systems. The installation was on time and professional, and the installers took the time to help us program the new thermostat. Not only that, but the installers of the original system had left a huge mess in the attic, which AZ Perfect Comfort cleaned up free of charge.
