Had an issue with a convection oven and had Brett from A.P.E.S. came out and he took excellent care of us and had us taken care of in less then an hour. Very pleased and would recommend them to everyone.

Al called me back within 5 minutes of calling their main line. He was here and my AC was running in less then 2 hours A+++ service!!

Originally, the company's technician misdiagnosed the issue (now fixed by Penguin Air), and the electrician they sent out tried to bamboozle my wife into unnecessary repairs (he has been fired by Penguin Air).The company reached out to me of their own accord in response to my review. Penguin Air then did everything they could to remedy each and every one of my complaints. In fact, the company did far more than I expected them to. Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone remedies their mistakes like this company has for me.The company's followup work was impeccable, and I feel comfortable recommending them to anyone who needs HVAC repairs.

I had storm damage while away and came home to deal with insurance because of roof, AC/Heater damage with the casing open and return elbow vent shifted and detached from roof. My AC was only one year old. It was a Sunday and rain was expected soon. I contacted previous AC installers and 2 other companies. King was the only one who responded and offered to come out. Everyone is amazing to work with. Great customer service, even after the job was completed. We needed a new unit and being 9 months pregnant with a crazy toddler, they made me a priority. I couldn't be more lucky to have found such a great company. Fred was the only person (out of 3 other techs) that actually took pictures and showed me what was wrong with our unit/duct work.
