We had a leaky pipe and Don was able to figure out the issue quickly. The fix was not hard and I could tell Don was very knowledgeable. The customer service was great and I would call them again for future issues. Thanks.

Daniel was the technician who helped with our AC unit. We found Daniel to be informed and helpful about the cause of our problems; he offered a number of solutions, made his recommendations, and helped us determine a plan to keep our system working properly. Daniel was fantastic and friendly with our two small children and our dog, which we couldn’t be more thankful for.

I actually called a local plumber whom I I’ve used for 7 years, and was transferred to Anthony’s because he was attending to his father who was ill. Okay I thought seems a decent thing to support a local company in his absence. The kitchen faucet handle broke so I purchased a new one that was ready to fit. I was told it would be a $49 call out charge no matter what.



I was out initially and my wife called to say she had to sign and agree to a $350 charge before the job could begin. I got home and the job was 70% done. I asked the tech why for a simple mixer faucet was it so much? He then presented me with a bill for $442. I was livid.



Based on the fact the tech started at 9:05am and almost finished at 9:25am, that works out to $1326 an HOUR. I spoke to his supervisor, who couldn’t grasp the hourly rate I mentioned , and instructed me they charge a flat fee no matter how long it takes? We had a heated discussion but he basically said ok, I’ll tell the tech to remove what he’s done and charge just the $49. And told me other plumbing companies would charge the same. I asked him if he knew what a cartel was. Wasn’t worth the time.



So you’d rather waste the techs time and ours to prove your justification for this absurd price for a simple 20min job. It was too late so he finished and I asked for any discount, or was that forbidden. We got 10%. On the bill was $395. So that wasn’t right either.



To be fair the tech was polite and did a good job, albeit feeling awkward now with an irate customer. Also note they insisted on installing new “ supply lines” which replaced new supply lines installed only a year before and in excellent condition. I was told it’s company practice. I’m sure it is. The tech left.



I had to call back to have the faucet centered up, as it wasn’t done the right way. No charge for that 3min service.



I don’t like giving bad reviews and I’m sure the skills and plumbing is good quality, but your pricing sucks. It’s a horrible business practice gouging customers just before you start the job, to pressure them. I won’t be using this plumbing service again. The extra star is for your tech, whom I felt embarrassed for having to deal with this.

I had an exceptional experience with this company. Ramiro, Byanka and Kevin were all very respectful of my home. They were personable, friendly and very professional. They re-piped all the hot water lines in my attic and repaired drywall. I was told this could be up to a 3 day job but they got it done in 1 day. After the re-pipe and the drywall repair it looks just as it did the day we bought the home. You would never even know there was an issue. The texturing was perfect. I can't thank them enough. It was a very stressful road to travel with all the prior issues we had (not due to anything this company did) so sending the right people for this project was key to me. Ramiro, Byanka and Kevin I can't thank you enough! I would highly recommend them!

Was simply calling to get a quote for service. Nothing urgent and was told that someone would call me back two days in a row. If they were not interested in the work, all they had to do was say so. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not a good sign for any business to ignore their customers.

Service technician Lou was the best of the best. Excellent demeanor and incredible knowledge.

Sam was professional and knowledgeable. He was early for the appointment, which I appreciated, given that it was 111 outside and 87 in the house. He fixed the problem in 1 hour.

have been to my unit FIVE times for the same issue. each time the guys show up confused, and leave without fully fixing the problem, saying they will be back next week. What a joke.

Excellent service....Quickly diagnosed and resolved issue. Our technician, Kurt, was incredibly efficient, polite, effective. We took advantage of his expertise to add on a few more electrical tasks which had been on the back burner...very pleased with the work. Highly recommend.

THE PLUMBER IS AMAZING. He phoned me before my allocated time slot to let me know he was available, and he arrived promptly. And he worked tirelessly for almost an hour to unclog my clogged drain. Unfortunately, the task was more complicated, so he graciously departed from the field at no cost to me. (Unfortunately, I had to assign the work to my landlord at the time, despite my willingness to pay within reason.)

Travis was on time and the estimate was extremely fair. I would recommend this company to anyone!

The technician, David P., was very friendly, informative and professional. He patiently explained the issues he found in a way that I could understand and explained which repairs were critical. I happen to have gotten him again for a service call at my mom's house and the level of service was consistent. Repairs were done quickly.

When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.
