I had a clogged toilet tried everything even rented a snake from Home Depot and these guys came and rescued me. There are no hidden fees it was actually $59 to unclog my toilet. APES saved the day when no other appliance repair companies would! My girlfriend was going through a time time, husband moved-out on the family unexpectedly, holidays were rough and she returned home to a leaky washing machine that flooded her utility room about 2 inches deep of soapy water. Did I mention that is was also her birthday celebration??
My friend Christine decided to surprise our friend by repairing the washer so her kids would have clean clothes for school. APES took the last minute call on a Friday afternoon when no one else would!! The repair man was super friendly, ordered necessary parts and temporarily fixed the machine. The service call and repair was fair and reasonable! Thanks APES for SAVING many DAYS!

Due to bad pex (plastic piping) originally installed in home and subsequent leak / mold in kitchen wall had to have total repipe of hot water lines in 5 year old house. AZIP was contracted to do the job by the manufacturer. Romero and Bianca did 95% of the work and they are a great team. Well qualified, competent, compassionate and helpful. Did great work. Highly recommend them.

late night call, was quoted 230, made an appointment for 12:30, plumber calls at 12:40 wait another hour and a half, oh, and the bait and swith price was more than double.

Jared was sent to our house at 9 p.m. on a Friday night, to replace the failing 30-yr.-old water valves in our laundry room. We were VERY surprised that Hays was able to get one of their plumbers to come out so late on a Friday! It only took Jared an hour to complete the job for us. He was pleasant and thorough and answered all our questions. We love Hays and their awesome crew!

Took them 10 hours to show up, and 2 hours to fix an issue are my apt complex... Meanwhile I was continuously vacuuming waste water that was backing up into my tub and on the floor coming from under the toilet. 12 hours of vacuuming and dumping other people's waste water for 12 hours... No one cared one bit.

Plumber performed an excellent job analysing and identifying the plumbing problem we were experiencing and then performing quality, meticulous work to resolve it. He was timely, courteous, informative, and diligent in his investigation of what turned out to be a strange problem caused by some work done by a prior homeowner. We received a consultation and quotation from him as well, but we preferred the procedure and strategy. We'll definitely contact him if we have any future plumbing issues.

I was really surprised when I called for service and they were able to get me scheduled the next day. The office was friendly, easy to communicate with and updating me. I like the text ability and the information sent on who would be here. Tomas was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and he took all precautions to insure we were safe from Covid. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I have been waiting over 6 months for these flakes to show up. No communication unless you call them and even then it takes days for them return your calls.

Its seems like the owner is a one man show and nothing happens without him. That would be great except is about 80 years old!!!
