Another HVAC company used a scare tactic telling me my AC unit needed either $6k worth of repairs or $12k for a new system. I called Hays for a second opinion and couldn't have been more satisfied.Tim came out within 2 hours of me calling. He looked over my system, answered every question I could ask about the current state of my system, and was very clear about what options were available for next steps. Not only was he amazingly friendly, but he made me feel like I was in control of what was going on.I couldn't be more thrilled by the work done and plan to continue using Hays for my HVAC from here on out. The service man (Richard) was very professional. He inspected the problem we were having with our AC system quickly and accurately. He proceeded to give me several different options and good advise on those options. He was not a hard sell type of person but gave me the information to me that helped me make a decision that was best for our situation. Richard deserves the five stars, he was the best. They gave us a great price on our new Trane AC/heat pump package unit with quality installation, and they provide professional and courteous service. Today we had our 21 yr old Goettl ac system replaced with a new and more efficient Goettl ac system. We had the BEST technicians ever! Gab, Serg and JJ were professional and friendly. Family Owned. Smaller office - friendly voices. The techs are paid by the hour not commissions - that helped knowing I wasn't being recommended unnecessary repairs. Me and a few of my neighbors have signed up for their yearly service agreement. Great folks!

Our nearly 20 year old AC unit died. I remembered seeing a King Mechanical truck in our neighborhood and talking to the owner, who was happy with their equipment and work, so I called. I spoke directly with Frank, the owner, who helped me determine what kind of unit I needed and whether it would be cost effective to upgrade to a higher efficiency unit. The heat was miserable in the house, but Frank and crew were onsite at 8:30am the next morning, and he assured me we won't leave until it's working. They finished a difficult install (unit in the attic and outside unit difficult to remove) at 7:30 pm and we had cooling once again. The price was reasonable for good equipment with a good warranty. They guys were hard working, clean, cheerful, and professional. I would use KIng Mechanical again, and recommend them to you for your heating/AC needs.

Just air has been great. I had them install a new AC and they are very responsive. When I've asked for scheduled maintenance. The technician couldn't be nicer, nor could the office.

I just want to express my sincerest gratitude to the team of Scottsdale heating and air. From my first call they made me feel comfortable that I was going to get great service and I was right. I don’t live In Arizona but my mom and daughter do and I had already had an issue with another company that told my home warranty company they couldn’t diagnose my problem. I called Scottsdale on my dime and they went out and immediately knew the problem. They gave me a more than reasonable quote and fixed it on the spot. I will definitely be using them for my future heating and air needs

Temperature Pro helped me out when I was in need of some load calculations for an HVAC unit that was installed by another company. These calculations were required by the city to pass inspection yet my installer didn't have the program to give me this information. I contacted Temperature Pro and they came out the next day, did the calculations and had them to me in less than 24 hours so I could have them for our inspection. Their customer service and professionalism is top notch. I will be using them for all my future HVAC needs.
