I paid $69. I think it was very reasonable for what Ryan did.

We have had the pleasure of doing business with Parker and Sons. Stein our salesman was Fabulous, did not push us into anything that we could not afford, we ended up getting EcoWater System Water Conditioner/Refiner, Reverse Osmosis drinking water system and some plumbing repair out front. Brandon is Amazing!!! I had a water leaks in my garage which I thought was coming from the water heater. I called Anthony plumbing on a Saturday and was lucky enough to speak to Brandon. I called Anthony’s plumbing, as I could not get a response from my home warranty company assigned dispatcher, and I wanted to see if they took my home warranty and to see if they worked with my home warranty company and could come out and assist on a weekend.

While the company does do some work with the home warranty company the type of issue that I had they did not. However, Brandon continued to offer me help walking me through how to turn my water heater off among many other things and let me know if I have anymore questions to let him know. He also checked to see if my water heater was up to code via picture for when my warranty people are able to come out. 100% recommend this company I have never had service this good!

I called the company with an emergency, my shower wouldn't turn off and they came in less than an hour and fixed the problem.

Thanks to the girl who answered the phone who was able to send someone quickly.

Try to call them up for a appointment to get a estimate first time they screw up the date and set another time and date and once again nobody showed up .I would not recommend them since they can not keep a appointment time and show up and twice I waited at home for nothing

Patrick Riley’s technician, Sam, did a great job. He was respectful, professional and knowledgeable about the functioning of our HVAC system and didn’t rush us to make a decision. Our first experience with the company was a pleasant one!

Thanks to Bill S and the entire Hays team. They came and replaced my 12 year old Carrier unit with a trane two stage and also my 40 gallon water heater with a 55. Everybody was professional and treated the house as if it was their own. Even with temperatures in the attic being over 100 degrees the entire team never skipped a beat and had the entire system replaced in a day. So far im Saving about 100-125 dollars a month on my electric during the last few peak months. Thx Hays!

Trustable and quick turnaround

Brandon Key with Penguin Air & Plumbing was knowledgeable and patient in explaining about my ac unit. Quick and efficient service. Honest and looks out for the customer’s best interest! So much so that I signed up for a 5 year service plan! Thank you!!

I was in a bind to get my kitchen sink unclogged. I called Sunny Plumbing on the advice of a co-worker. They customer service agent told me I was next in the queue and a tech would be at my house between 3:00 and 6:00. Not sure why there was 3 hour timeframe if I was next in the queue, but I left work I a hurry to get home. At 6:00, the plumber had not showed or called. I called the customer service line and was told the plumber was finishing up his previous job and would be at house by 6:30. He finally showed 7:30 then started talking an inspection. I said I called because of a stopped up sink. He then quoted me a price of $335 to clear the drain.

That seems rather expensive for a simple clean out but what do I know? I’m not happy about the long wait or the confusion of the service call or the price.

**Update**
That all happened on October 22nd. I called back today (November 14th) because the kitchen sink was once again backing up. I was told on the phone that there would be no charge for today’s service. When the tech showed up, he told me there was another charge of $335 or I could sign up for their “membership” for $285 and today’s call would be “free”. The tech said I was misinformed about not being charged. Well, they had me over a barrel. What was I supposed to do with a backed up sink but to pay again to get it unclogged.

Bottom line: do your research before using these guys. Very shady & unethical.

Donley has been servicing our AC’s for many years. After our semiannual checkup, a wine cooling unit stopped working. They came over the weekend to discover it needed a new part. The store didn’t open for several days. Donley had the store open at 9pm on a Saturday to get the part. Tony, the service technician, spent many hours in the middle of the night fixing the AC. They didn’t charge us anything.
There is simply no better AC service company in Phoenix. There isn’t a better service company of any type in Phoenix. I couldn’t recommend a company more than Donley.

Our home builder used Chaz. Had issues the first year. They came out saud that something was knocked over and fixed it. The following year, we hadvto have the blower motor replaced. Used another company because several neighbors had the same issue. Substandard work, cheap parts. The blower motor they used was not the right size for our home.

They were extremely helpful in clearly describing what they discovered, the possible roots of the problem, and providing me with the information I needed to begin future repairs and enhancements (and possibly document poor workmanship by a contractor I used earlier). Thank you very much!
