Joe was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He answered all our questions and helped us to understand our system better. He cares about doing quality work and is also a pleasure to work with. We have done business with Desert Diamond since 2015 and highly recommend them.

Today it is hard to find a honest AC company and one that provides good customer service. Well I found a good one when a friend referred to Expert HVAC. I can not say enough good about this company.

Gabe came out to repair my old ac unit and did a fantastic job. He was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about ac systems. He was not high pressure and did not do work that was not necessary, nor pad the bill or try to sell me a new ac or unit. Expert HVAC is an awesome company and one I highly recommend.

A man named Val came out and got our faulty A/C up and running within 10mins of arriving. We were worried we would have to sweat through the night before our problem would be fixed but this guy fixed it and had our house cooling back down in no time. We were surprised someone would come out so late too, we knew it was a stretch to get someone out soo quickly and late at night on a weekend but these guys pulled through. True customer service. I had Day and Night install 2 Trane units with an air scrubber about 2 years ago and they have been maintaining the units since.They are always professional, keeping you updated on arrival times and enter your home with booties and also masked up during this pandemic.My latest tech was Antonio S and he was very pleasant and got the maintenance done without getting in the way of the household.I have recommended the company to friends and will keep recommending them.

They arrived in about 30 minutes from when the appointment was scheduled. We were high priority due to having small children. They were respectful and clean (wore face masks and shoe covers). They were straightforward with what was going on, explained things so that we'd understand, gave us recommendations on what we could do, and quoted us on additional services if we so choose. Overall extremely impressed and will use them in the future!

Technician Dennis was wonderful, spoke in terms that I was able to understand and not industry jargon. Overall as perfect a interaction as it gets and I have already passed on his information and the companies to a friend needing service. While I'm thankful no issues were detected if I ever needed a repair I will call and feel confident honesty would be given.

The Lincoln Air representative was very friendly and professional while quoting us for a HVAC replacement.

Shout out to Billy Easley who came to my house and actually spent some time diagnosing my system. He came up with an unusual diagnosis. He was respectful, smart and on time. A competitor had looked at the system, gave me a typical diagnosis and never called back or followed through. Probably because they didn't really know what was wrong.In the meantime, I'm a senior citizen and night time temperatures are below freezing. I have no heater and no solution.Until Billy showed up. He said he'd put Urgent on getting the part, but I should use a space heater until he could get back next week. At least I know where I stand.I'm grateful Billy showed up and I am finally on the way to having my heater back on.
