Great professional service! Eddie was our technician and he was very friendly and was able to show us pictures of what he saw in the attic. Heater was checked out and all ducting pressures were verified and internal components inspected and cleaned. He also made us aware of products that are available to clean the air that circulates through the house and minimize allergies and bacteria. Overall a great experience! Would recommend!

I am faced with the unfortunate circumstance of buying a new AC unit. REEis was my second quote because I wanted to get at least two before I decided. They were able to get out same day which was excellent. They gave me a window of 2 hours and Tyler was right on the dot at the beginning of that 2 hour. I really appreciated his punctuality because my spouse gets antsy if she has to wait after a promised time. Most service professionals run perpetually late.Tyler inspected our unit, prepared a written quote for a 4 ton Trane unit and then called me to discuss. The price was reasonable for such a high quality unit, but I had to go with the lower bid and a slightly lesser quality unit.Tyler understood my decision, did not pressure me, answered a few more questions I had with no strings attached. I really appreciated his professionalism and if he represents the company values I would definitely do business with Reeis in the future.I heard the owner on KTAR a couple of years ago and was impressed with his knowledge. I continue to be impressed with this company and if I had a little more money to afford a Trane, I would certainly do business with them in this case. I'll be calling them for my maintenance needs . We're coming up on four years since Alien Air Conditioning installed the new (at the time) heat pump HVAC on our home. It has been one of the smartest upgrades we've made towards our home. The unit they installed still blows cold or heat as needed while using far less electricity to run. The guys from the company walked me through everything they were doing and they genuinely cared about doing business with us. Summer's coming back to Phoenix pretty soon and if you're considering repairing or replacing your current HVAC unit I encourage you to call on Alien Air Conditioning to take care of it.

The Office Building I rent a Suite in had Lincoln Air install a New A/C unit on my suite September 2020, It seemed to work for a month or so,When I tried to use it during the winter it did not come on,I have two units in my Suite so I just used the one that worked during the Winter,Once it started to warm up in April 2021 I called Lincoln Air to let them know the unit they installed was not working,after some run around I finally got them to come out and get the Unit working,Then they sent me a $350 Bill,I called their Office to let them know they had just done the install at the end of the Summer & it was only ran once or twice,they did finally say that I didn’t owe them anything for the Repair,Now June 17th 2021 and the unit is not working again,it blew the breaker in the fuse panel,I called their Office and told them that my A/C was out again,in the middle of a Heat Wave & I was told I would be put on their emergency list,I talked to them on Tuesday & was told on the emergency list someone could be out Friday between 3:00 & 5:00,
I had to close my Office on that Friday because I had no A/C,I was called around 1:05 & told a repairman was on his way,I was heading to the Office to meet him when I received another call around 2:00 that the repairman’s Ladder was not tall enough to get on the Building,(this is the Company that installed the Unit,you would think they would know how tall of a Ladder they needed),I was told by the Lady answering the Phone that she would reach out to another Company that helps them out & call me back,
but no one called me back?,I called on Saturday Morning and left a message for a call back,but once again,no call back.
I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS COMPANY HAS 5 STARS,OTHER THAN VERY FEW LEAVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS,THEN I NOTICED THEY ONLY HAD 45 REVIEWS!!
