Awesome company! We originally hired Promise Heating and Air when we were remodeling our home and needed to replace our complete duct system. The team was very professional and punctual, one of the best companies we used for our remodel. After our great experience we signed up for their ongoing maintenance plan and have been very happy with the high level of service we have received. All of their employees are very nice and presentable and when entering our home the technicians wear shoe coverings to avoid making a mess, Overall awesome service - 5 stars!

The plumbing technicians did a fantastic job replacing my main drain/clean out. After work was completed as agreed, they restored my front yard back to the way it was before the work. Long story short, our a/c unit that was 32 years old went out on us in the AZ summer. We then tried to work with home warranty without any luck. 7 days with no air and it was 90+ degrees comfortably in the house lol. Day 5 we called A&M mechanical spoke with Amy and within 2 days we where having a brand new unit installed!!!! Amy & Mark answered all of our crazy questions, got us financed, and that was it. We were referred to Mark, owner of Cactus Mechanical, through a mutual friend when soliciting several bids to replace two 3-ton split-gas A/C systems in our 15-year-old home. Mark is one of the most down-to-earth, honest, and patient A/C contractors you’ll ever have the pleasure of working with. Their “best pricing first” is fair (not so cheap that you’ll think he’s cutting corners, but not sticker-shock high either), the equipment options are a great value (they use the sister brands of major labels that come with the same quality without the brand-name markups), and he’s proud of the fact that he pays his guys well to ensure they stick around.
When bidding on the job, he also identified a common installation problem from the home builder and offered to correct it during the replacement, improving airflow to a couple of hot rooms. Beyond that, he didn’t pad the invoice with unwanted thermostats, maintenance contracts, or high-end systems that offered poor ROI for the time we expect to remain in this home. Because his distributor’s pricing improved during the bid process, he was able to revise the quote and pass some significant savings onto us.

When the time came for install, one of the two outdoor units arrived at his shop slightly damaged by a forklift. He was quick to let us know and gave us the option of splitting the install or doing it all at once. We took the option to replace one of the two systems which were inoperative to ensure we’d be comfortable as the spring temperatures were forecasted to climb, then replace the other system a week later when it arrived at his distributor.

For the actual install, from start to finish, his crew was efficient and performed quality workmanship. Each of the two 3-ton split gas A/C and furnace systems we replaced in our home were removed and replaced in an average of 4 hours each, including puling new thermostat wire to my two ecobee 4 thermostats to properly support two-stage operation (not the easiest job since the wire wasn’t readily accessible). From initial contact to job completion, Mark personally kept us in the loop with scheduling, equipment delivery status, and work completion times, and I never once felt uncomfortable or “in the dark” with the work or what was going on. Every install requires photos to add to the customer file to ensure the job was done right the first time. He was onsite at the start of the first job, and the completion of the second.

I would highly recommend considering Cactus Mechanical for any residential and commercial HVAC job in the valley (they do a lot of radio and cellular tower cooling systems too). You won’t be disappointed!

Great experience with TemperaturePro. They arranged a time to come by that worked with our schedule, and confirmed the arrival time earlier in the day. Showed up on time, took pictures of the issue and explained what had happened, fixed the issue so it wouldn't happen again, and made an effort to leave the area very clean, as well. Very professional.

Benefit Air installed new A/C system in May. They were awesome not just in their quality of work and professionalism. Their integrity and customer service is genuine. These are just really great people! The service support today 4 mths after installation was consistent with the crew who installed May. Anthony was so prompt and reassuring setting up the service and the tech who came, Juan, was so polite, professional and thorough. Use these guys! Customer Focus and Service like these guys provide is a rarity these days. I trust them to di the work and i have faith they will get it done!

We originally used Lincoln Air to install the mini split system in our master bedroom. We we so impressed with their quality and service that we scheduled our annual A/C inspection with them earlier this year. They charged less than our other company and were much more thorough. We now consider Lincoln Air to be our company of choice for ALL of our heating and A/C needs.

I called to schedule an appointment after my ac stopped blowing cold air. Javier was out here same day and was very prompt. He Explained what the causes might be and went straight to checking our ac unit. After turning everything back on our ac started blowing cold air. No repair was needed. I will definitely use this business again in the future.
