Jeff, our tech, came earlier than the window the dispatcher had given me, which was wonderful! I loved that he was wearing a medical-grade face mask when he arrived, as we have not been around anyone other than family during this Pandemic. Jeff was kind, professional, thorough, explained everything to me so that I easily understood the problem. Not only did he dissect the issue, he had the solution (a new motor for our AC unit) in his truck, so he was able to stay and put in the new motor. With temps over 100 degrees, this was HUGE to be able to know that we'd have our AC up and running by the time he left. He was honest and trustworthy, a great guy! We'd never used this company before, and from the first phone call with the sweet and helpful woman that answered the phone to Jeff's prompt and courteous professionalism, it was a very positive experience! I will recommend you to friends! Thank you!

Cactus installed my AC system and I learned after they installed it they used too small of a return. They made an extra hole in my roof and patched it with just silicone. I bought a warranty from them and was told it was manufacture and never given further information. They came out and repaired a fuse one and now are trying to find a leak in the AC. I feel like they don't do their job well or communicate well. I got a little more info on the warranty but not much. Also the man who came out today did not wear a mask and was smoking while working on my roof. He's very unprofessional. I wish I'd never used them. I'll update when the work is done but so far I'm not feeling confident.

The tech, Terry, who completed the repair was outstanding. In addition to being proficient and efficient, he is very customer oriented. I will be requesting him for future HVAC service.My only complaint is with the pricing of the service (which is not, apparently, anything with which Terry has any say). The charge for labor, relative to the time and difficulty to make the repair, was way out of line in my opinion. I understand the need for the company to cover overhead and operating costs via labor charges, but the bill I had to pay seemed exorbitant for the service provided.

When it gets cold, not MidWest/Northwestern cold, just 30 degrees, it gives up the ghost & we have to use space heaters.
They're still rude & sloppy, & I'm not a liar.
- Right after installation I would have given JustAir 5 stars for my full HVAC system replacement, since the A/C & heat both seemed to work and they cleaned up after themselves in the living space of my house before they left, & the cost of the installation was very reasonable & was an upgrade to my existing system.
- That dropped to 4 stars that night when I tried to watch TV in the house & discovered the cable was out on all my indoor TVs (with cables running through attic), vs. the working TV on my back porch (not through attic).
- That dropped to 3 stars when I went up into the attic to investigate the failure, discovering debris left strewn about & displaced insulation throughout the attic.
- That dropped to 2 stars when they returned to address my customer satisfaction issues but denied any possibility of their responsibility for knocking out the cable or displacing insulation, & refused to go in attic to investigate either issue & saying I was trying to blame them for all the problems in my attic (even though they're the only ones other than me that have been up there in at least 2 years), then stomped off yelling that I'm the type of customer that could never be satisfied & drove away.
-That should have dropped to 1 star the very next day after a service call by Cox cable co., during which the technician identified a broken pin in the incoming cable & traumatized outgoing cable from the splitter directly adjacent to the air handler they installed, which leads to the opposite side of house controlling all 3 malfunctioning TVs.
- I kept it at 2 stars, because I know that finding & solving that problem was beyond JustAir's capability, but the evidence of the damage & the timeliness of the house-wide malfunction confirms that JustAir caused the problem.
- I wasn't trying to get anything free or at a discount, I just wanted my life back to the way it was before JustAir came into my house.

UPDATE: The owner of JustAir was the rude one. He understated everything in his response. There were 2 long lengths of PVC still containing stagnant water from the old system, and the bag of trash is what I gathered myself strewn all throughout the attic picking up sheet metal, zip ties, wiring, insulation scraps, 2x4s with nails sticking out, etc. (per pic.). I have accused them of breaking my cable, and Cox cable co. verified that they did. Yes, stuff happens, but they should take responsibility for it instead of using denial as their 1st line of defense and default customer service.

I had a fantastic experience from the start, Ashley is friendly on the phone, very professional and experienced installers kept me informed throughout the process and my account manager was stellar. He is what made me choose Scottsdale Air from all the HVAC companies in the Valley. Dave followed up the day after installation to check that all went smoothly. It was hard news that I needed a new system but this company made it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them!

Called them to get a second opinion on a job that didn’t seem right. They promptly came out and saved me a ton on money by showing me the repairs weren’t needed. When my second ac unit goes out I will be calling AZ Perfect Comfort to come and replace it.

REEis has been our AC and heating service provided for three years. I learned about REEis through a friend after any company said that we needed to replace our unit. REEis came out and serviced our unit. A couple of things needed replaced through natural wear. However the unit is still performing well. The REEis crew instills trust in the service industry.

Our tech, Skylar, was very professional and polite. He was communicative and prompt before arrival and during the appointment. I appreciated his transparency but also his integrity. He made it clear that he would do what he could to help us (selling home, AC needed repair/maintenance to meet buyer/warranty co. standard) but he also proactively said he would not lie or mislead on the report. At least with me, I had no intention of asking him to do that, but was still happy to hear that he wouldn’t compromise his integrity for more business or any reason. We’re moving so won’t be around to use them again but would highly recommend them to anyone in AZ! They obviously proved they work above board and can be trusted. Great experience!

Taps, Henri, & John did a wonderful job on my AC unit install. They were punctual, professional, kind and courteous to my tenant during install. Really appreciate Jessica and Joanna being nice on the phone. Many businesses just dont care about or are appreciative of the work people give them. Not this crew. Good people to work with !
