SG Mechanical has been a lifesaver for our business. Our plaza is older and the units are not in very good working order. When we leased the property, we were told to use the landlords hvac service. What a mistake that was!! After being repeatedly overcharged for problems that were not being resolved, we contacted SG Mechanical. Not only were they able to properly diagnose and repair the problems we were having - they cost way less than our landlords company, and they fixed it correctly the first time without requiring multiple visits. We liked Andy and his team so much, that we hired them to repair and install new duct-work in our new suites, and set up yearly maintenance contracts on all of our units. Everyone on their staff is so friendly and helpful! They are prompt, courteous, and extremely fair on price. Andy and his technicians make thorough inspections and discuss the problems with you before they do the work - allowing you time for a second opinion if needed (trust me, you won't need a second opinion!) They do all of the work very efficiently and if you ever have any questions or concerns, they come right back out to make sure you are completely satisfied. I purchased a new stove and it couldn’t be connected because I didn’t realize there was no shut off valve for the gas. I called Day and Night who was able to have a tech out the very next day. Franz was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He also didn’t seem to mind but actually engaged with my 6 pound dog who continually barked while he was here! He completed the job quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I will not only use this company again but will also recommend them to friends and family.

AZ Perfect Comfort took what could have been a long, uncomfortable situation for my family and made it a shining example of what good customer service can do.

Our A/C went out on a Sunday night. It was set to be 117 degrees that week. I left a message with AZ Perfect Comfort. Ray arrived early the next morning. Ray had our A/C bandaged and temporary cooling. Ray took the time to explain what happened and our options. After a very thorough discussion and subsequent high-quality estimate from Fred, we decided to replace our 10 year old system.

Dan and Ray arrived early to completely replace our system. They were done by noon. Fast, efficient and personable. I especially liked the color Dan used to describe our new system.

The front office kept me informed of the process and assured all details were in place for a smooth transition.

The temperature in our house is now more even that it ever has been. A much more comfortable home of my family. Thank you!

The Office Building I rent a Suite in had Lincoln Air install a New A/C unit on my suite September 2020, It seemed to work for a month or so,When I tried to use it during the winter it did not come on,I have two units in my Suite so I just used the one that worked during the Winter,Once it started to warm up in April 2021 I called Lincoln Air to let them know the unit they installed was not working,after some run around I finally got them to come out and get the Unit working,Then they sent me a $350 Bill,I called their Office to let them know they had just done the install at the end of the Summer & it was only ran once or twice,they did finally say that I didn’t owe them anything for the Repair,Now June 17th 2021 and the unit is not working again,it blew the breaker in the fuse panel,I called their Office and told them that my A/C was out again,in the middle of a Heat Wave & I was told I would be put on their emergency list,I talked to them on Tuesday & was told on the emergency list someone could be out Friday between 3:00 & 5:00,
I had to close my Office on that Friday because I had no A/C,I was called around 1:05 & told a repairman was on his way,I was heading to the Office to meet him when I received another call around 2:00 that the repairman’s Ladder was not tall enough to get on the Building,(this is the Company that installed the Unit,you would think they would know how tall of a Ladder they needed),I was told by the Lady answering the Phone that she would reach out to another Company that helps them out & call me back,
but no one called me back?,I called on Saturday Morning and left a message for a call back,but once again,no call back.
I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS COMPANY HAS 5 STARS,OTHER THAN VERY FEW LEAVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS,THEN I NOTICED THEY ONLY HAD 45 REVIEWS!!

Firstly, BB called and arrived on time.He quickly inspected the equipment and the control panel .The system was restarted and the equipment outside was checked over - all was good.During all the inspections he explained what and why he was going through everything.He wasn’t satisfied with the monitoring reading.On testing all the house walls ( inside ) it was found that the wall temperatures were the same as or higher than the monitor panel.This house is 1960 vintage in an Historic Area and he felt that the attic space either had old or insufficient thermal protecting material.After climbing into the attic he found no heat protection and arranged with ACE to install the correct material on the 20th of this month.(He could have had this done earlier but delayed it at my request.)All in all BB did a magnificent job and is a credit to ACE!!Q
