At my request technician Israel helped me with a temporary low voltage problem by recommending a factory start assist kit and installed it same day.Serviced air sanitizer replaced UV tube and did periodic servicethoroughly cleaned coils and blower on samecall .Was very transparent and efficient.

I had an issue with my AC, and I called Just Air. A nice guy by the name of James M. answered my call, and helped me make an appointment. It was 108* today, so having someone nearby is helpful. My situation was VERY lucky as he was nearby and could assist me and my fiance. He was at our house in ~10 mins. Again, this is situational, as I called at the right time, and he had some time to meet us.

When James arrived, he had a card in hand (as this was his first visit to our house). He introduced himself, was extremely professional, wore shoe protectors in the house, listened intently to our issue, took an assessment, and took our systems symptoms into consideration.

He found the issue quickly, and was honest with us. No beating around the bush, and had our issue resolved in a very timely manner.

Better than the bigger names in town as Just Air does not have to up-sell or meet quotas. Just Air is a honest company, and WILL be calling them from here on out.

He not only explained everything in detail but had several cell phone photos to back up his concerns about my unit. He was friendly, safe and knowledgeable. Benefit Air sees their customers as family, and I felt that. That’s a big deal for me. They will be installing my new unit next week and I am confident they will do a great job!

I moved into this residence 15 months ago. Getting ready for the second summer the a/c unit needed it’s annual maintenance and checkup. I had read about Ace Home Service giving veterans a discount. I set up an appointment. The technician that did the service call was Daniel. He is a professional at his job. He explained everything he was doing and what was wrong with the unit. The unit turned out to be 21 years old and had lots of problems and needed replace. He went over all available units that he could replace it with. Daniel was very honest on all units and did not try to sell us the most expensive one. He has very good customer service. He is a very big asset to your company and you are very lucky to have him as a technician. I do have to make a comment to the people who work in your office.
