He installed the ice maker line quickly and at a fair price. I've installed the new RO filters, we have RO ice to last for days and no more ice runs to the store!

The service provider was very professional and cordial. I saw the coupon for a $44 drain cleaning i was never told of the service fee of $69 as it turned out he He could not move forward with the project but I still had to pay $69 which I was not aware of. I thought it was kind of shady.

I’ve had about 8-10 technicians come as part of home warranty claims over the past several years. North Valley Mechanical has by far been the best company I’ve ever dealt with. Anthony was extremely friendly, completely explained any issues, and assured me he’d fix any problems. I specifically noticed Anthony’s attention to detail which I really appreciate. I will never use any other company besides North Valley. North Valley and Anthony renewed my faith that there still are some great companies and technicians out there, they are just hard to find at times. I give them 10 stars and highly recommend.

We were out of town on vacation. Received a call from our neighbor this morning saying our AC wasn't working and it's 91 in our house. My son told me about Desert Diamond Mechanical. He contacted them and arranged for same day service. We arrived home at 3pm, their tech arrived at 4, and was gone by 4:45, problem solved. When you name your business Valley’s Best anything you set yourself up for a high level of customer expectation and you had better deliver if you want to stay successful. This is exactly what Chase and his team at Valley’s Best Heating and Air conditioning did. My 20 year old AC died on Saturday morning in the middle of August. I was visiting another city 1500 miles away and called Valley’s Best when they were recommended by a neighbor. Chase understood the unusual dynamic of my issue and immediately went to work so that I could conclude my visit without worry. When I returned home I found a new AC unit being installed with a high degree of quality and expertise. I was very impressed with Chase and his team. Of particular note is the AC tech named Jon D. As a business owner I know how difficult finding good employees can be. Jon D. exemplifies the type of team member that all businesses strive to find. Jon was professional and expedient. He showed up when he said he would and with a smile on his face. If he was delayed he would show the courtesy of calling and letting me know. He was open and transparent with his communication of the job scope, worked tirelessly on a Sunday when he could have had a day off, and never complained about working in my tiny attic – a place I have NEVER set foot in. Jon was respectful of my property and pets – he gave me a heads up before using loud equipment so that I could let my dogs outside and his clean-up was impeccable. I would hire him in a split second so Chase had better give this guy a raise!! When all was said and done Valley’s Best Heating and Air Conditioning lived up to its name. My new high efficiency AC unit runs quiet and cut my electric bills in half. Seriously. Well done, Chase and team.

The best AC company in the entire state of Arizona! Clever technicians and great leadership! Alarico is the Tech that came and replaced the fuse on my 3 months old unit that was also installed by King AC and that i got it from them for the best price in the entire market. The fuse went out because of the heavy rain “Monsoon”. Called Frank and explained to him that i came back at 6:15pm from work to find the new AC not working. Frank dispatched Alarico in less than 10mins to my house! Alarico replaced the fuse in another 15mins and explained to me what happened and took off after and that was all free of charge. I do recommend King AC for new installations and general AC services! Simply the best! We all dealt with many AC companies and i writing this review based on my long experience with other AC providers. Thanks a million for the great Service King AC and please keep it up. Service is what makes the huge difference and stands out!
