Supposedly electrical circuit issue was going to be trouble shot in lieu of the last hvac checkout that was left on our maintenance contract. The electrician did a great job, but was unaware of any reduction/credit for the remaining hvac visit. No one informed him of the credit previously discussed. Great work, but poor communication from the folks that made the appointment.

Everything was easy, gentleman that showed up was great, got straight to it and got the job done. He did a great job, Marlon was great.

My tech Adam was amazing! An absolute professional but also as friendly as can be.... Even in 115 temps and up in the attic. You deserve big kudos, thanks for all you did for our family!

PVP installed a new water heater 26 months ago for $450, plus $50 additional for a warranty (Standard warranty install, includes pull water heater without recirc, install new warranty heater, labor misc materials including new supplies and ball valve and warranty return and paperwork, does not include upgrade fee or warranty fees charged by supply houses. Does not include replacing supplies pan, gas piping etc.). Today I discovered that the water heater was leaking. PVP sent a serviceman who informed me that although the water heater was covered by a warranty, it would cost me $475 labor to have it replaced. I consider that a breach of warranty. Buyer beware dealing with PVP. PVP does not evince the honesty and integrity that I one would expect.

Matthew came this afternoon to address the leak I had under my sink. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to figure out the problem in record time. It is because of company representatives like Matthew that I will continue to be a lifelong customer of Patrick Riley . Thanks again Matthew for great service

Jerry, with Hays A/C, and the company overall, provided top notch ? services at very competitive prices! They gave us definitive diagnosis of our system's problems, and even though we needed a complete replacement, they went above and beyond to bring in a loaner compressor while scheduling for the new system installation. Phoenix in the summer is hot, but Hays was hotter. Thanks guys!!

I called Penguin Air to get a quote on redirecting my condensation line and an A/C tuneup. They called me back within 30 minutes or so, and came out the next day after I set up an appointment.The technician that came out, JD, was very professional, on time and did an excellent job. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know. I would use Penguin Air again in the future.

The team adjusted there task after listening to my frustrations and amended their diagnosis accordingly. The fix appears to be in order. Will return.

I used them again, this time to unclog a sink at one of my tenants' homes. They were offered right away, with a selection of window times. The plumber accommodated the modification and spoke with me on a regular basis. He spent many hours with snakes ranging from garden to Anaconda, all while being monitored and commanded. They were really courteous and patient with the older renter, which I appreciated. And the cost was really affordable! Use these people! :)

I had an immediate comfort level with Scott. He recently performed routine maintenance and repaired a condensation line for me. If I was needing to replace my hvac system, Scott would be my first call. He’s honest, fair, and very easy to talk to.
