We have used Hobaica for almost ten years to service the HVAC systems of two of our properties. We recently called them to check out a problem with the HVAC system on our second property. Their technician Binh Tran came out to help us and has now serviced both properties for us. He is always a pleasure to work with. He is patient and knowledgeable and explains the pros and cons of any repair options we have to consider if there is a problem with the system. Because of technicians like Binh, we are happy to continue to use Hobaica for all of our HVAC (and now plumbing!) needs.

In June 2022, I had Goettl install a 4 ton A/C unit on my home roof. All my dealings with them up to and including the install, were pleasant and professional. I let my 180 day window for an inspection run down to the wire and the City of Phoenix did their inspection last week. The inspector noted a couple of minor adjustments needed, confirmation of amperage used and a correction that involved the electric panel. After calling Goettl, I was connected with Tim who was part of the original crew that did my install, he attentively took the information and asked me the best time to send a couple guys out to make the necessary changes/adjustments needed. Manuel & JJ arrived as promised today 12/07/22. They were both professional, respectful and made sure I understood what they had done, shared with me the pictures of changes made and even though minor fixes, these guys were very thorough with the explanation. They even gave me a a care package of sorts, filled with thank you gifts for being their customer! From the person who answers the phone, to the sales person to the installation crew to Manuel & JJ today, the customer service skills of Goettl's employees are stellar. Your air conditioning always quits after 5pm on Friday night. I called A & M Mechanical and left a message. It said they open at 8am on Saturday. Amy called me first thing on Saturday morning. She said they could get some one out that morning. I was relieved since it was getting pretty warm out. Brad was at my place by 930am. Excellent service. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He didn't take long to diagnose and repair my air conditioner. I will definitely use A & M Mechanical from now on.

A man named Val came out and got our faulty A/C up and running within 10mins of arriving. We were worried we would have to sweat through the night before our problem would be fixed but this guy fixed it and had our house cooling back down in no time. We were surprised someone would come out so late too, we knew it was a stretch to get someone out soo quickly and late at night on a weekend but these guys pulled through. True customer service. I had a seasonal maintenance done and when I complained the air flow in some of our ducts were bad Jorge and John came back and fixed the problem by straightening out the flows to the ducts. They had been kinked. This corrected the problem. Great team and deserve an A++.

We were referred to Mark, owner of Cactus Mechanical, through a mutual friend when soliciting several bids to replace two 3-ton split-gas A/C systems in our 15-year-old home. Mark is one of the most down-to-earth, honest, and patient A/C contractors you’ll ever have the pleasure of working with. Their “best pricing first” is fair (not so cheap that you’ll think he’s cutting corners, but not sticker-shock high either), the equipment options are a great value (they use the sister brands of major labels that come with the same quality without the brand-name markups), and he’s proud of the fact that he pays his guys well to ensure they stick around.
When bidding on the job, he also identified a common installation problem from the home builder and offered to correct it during the replacement, improving airflow to a couple of hot rooms. Beyond that, he didn’t pad the invoice with unwanted thermostats, maintenance contracts, or high-end systems that offered poor ROI for the time we expect to remain in this home. Because his distributor’s pricing improved during the bid process, he was able to revise the quote and pass some significant savings onto us.

When the time came for install, one of the two outdoor units arrived at his shop slightly damaged by a forklift. He was quick to let us know and gave us the option of splitting the install or doing it all at once. We took the option to replace one of the two systems which were inoperative to ensure we’d be comfortable as the spring temperatures were forecasted to climb, then replace the other system a week later when it arrived at his distributor.

For the actual install, from start to finish, his crew was efficient and performed quality workmanship. Each of the two 3-ton split gas A/C and furnace systems we replaced in our home were removed and replaced in an average of 4 hours each, including puling new thermostat wire to my two ecobee 4 thermostats to properly support two-stage operation (not the easiest job since the wire wasn’t readily accessible). From initial contact to job completion, Mark personally kept us in the loop with scheduling, equipment delivery status, and work completion times, and I never once felt uncomfortable or “in the dark” with the work or what was going on. Every install requires photos to add to the customer file to ensure the job was done right the first time. He was onsite at the start of the first job, and the completion of the second.

I would highly recommend considering Cactus Mechanical for any residential and commercial HVAC job in the valley (they do a lot of radio and cellular tower cooling systems too). You won’t be disappointed!

I am a new customer. Day and night AC proved to be a good, overall experience. Carey,office manager,was pleasant and easy to schedule. I was very impressed with Tim, the AC technician. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. I signed up for their VIP plan as my prior service was acquired by them and I believe they will be an excellent replacement for environmental taming.

King Mechanical is great. We had a dual phase heating/cooling system replaced and we were really impressed with the professionalism and pricing. Frank is very responsive and we were able to get something scheduled quickly. In addition, the team working on our house spent the time to make sure everything was working and our concerns were addressed. Overall, we were very impressed and grateful for King Mechanical!

It's was really hard to find someone to fix my AC online, especially without a referral. I took a chance and went with Just Air. It was relatively close to me and they had some good reviews. I guess I got really lucky with this pick. James the technician, called me right on schedule and told me he was on his way. He was very courteous and professional. He immediately diagnosed the problem, a bad capacitor and had the system working again within 10-15 min. It was quick and way less expensive than what I thought it would be. After asking friends for referrals and no one had any, now I can refer them to Just Air. Five Star Service for sure!!

The A/C air handler that was in our home filled up with condensation and our ceiling fell through. After paying to fix the ceiling we called Reeis to install a brand new setup (condenser and air handler) as well as add insulation to the whole attic. Shortly after install, the brand new air handler filled up with condensation and leaked on our new insulation and new ceiling. The air handler was fixed and the team went up to ensure there was no mold.During the winter, the new unit makes a banging noise. After two winters, a tech was finally able to find the cause in the third winter. Reeis was able to send out a tech to secure the lines and reduce the knocking so it is barely audible now.After being in the attic figuring out the cause of the knocking, the tech told me that there were spots in the attic that didn’t have much insulation. Reeis sent out a team to fill in any spot that needed.I can trust that Reeis stands behind their work. I would recommend this business to others.
