After the summer monsoons the tiles on our roof had adjusted. We were out of town and received a call from our neighbor. TSM Roofing promptly responded to our call. We knew that our roof would not have an issue upon our return.

I chose this company because of their good reviews. The guys that came to the house and did the work were professional and effecient. There was damage done to the interior of my house. I contacted the company regarding the issues. They stated they were not responsible for the damage. I was dissastified with their lack of concern regarding the issue.

Very satisfied so far with Multipro Roof Soultions. They are actually re-roofing our home as I write this. Hayden Hobbs, our project manager has been thorough, professional and easy to deal with. He answers all of our detailed questions, and helped us through the insurance claim process after our roof was damaged a massive wind storm.

They blocked my driveway with there trailer for a week. There was a rain delay on there ability to roof so they left there trailer in my driveway for 5 days, moving it on the 5th day. I had a vehical parked on the side of there trailer because I could not access my driveway. While they were roofing they damaged that vehicals paint. Then they blamed it on the weather and will not take responsibility. In addition the rain rails/flashing they removed were bent from the removal process and they refused them. It looks terrible and it will probably leak. I do not recommend this company.

In response to the comment below: If you are the owner or one of them, I suggest you speak with James. He is aware of the issues I have had and he said he spoke with the owner and the owner was not interested in the damage to my vehicle. And if you are the owner I suggest you contact me and I will show you the security footage of shingles hitting my vehical. I will also so you the securaty footage of me singing the check. couldn't even get them to call me back to make an appointment. Said they were one week out, but after 2 weeks and still no follow up had to look elsewhere. Not very good customer service.

I hired Starkweather to replace my roof & sustained the first leak I have had in nearly 40 years & other roofers. It cost me a bit over $8500. for this leak and I will say they did come out and repair it when I first found it. It took a while we do live in a very dry state. Is it fixed?? I hope so we have not had much rain since the repair. HOWEVER the damage to the ceiling in the house remains unrepaired. Starkweather DOES NOT fix that even though they caused it. I have not hired any one to fix it since I am still not sure the roof does not leak!! It makes me sick every time I look at it but if I get it repaired & still have a leak I would have to do it again!! WHAT A MESS. I cannot go up and even look at the repair (I am a 75 yr old woman with knee replacements) not that I would know by looking anyhow. I gave them 3 stars since they were always punctual and here when they said and left the job clean.

Back in 2009, we and our neighbors both had an excellent experience with Henry Monzon and Centrik for replacing the underlay of our tile roofs. Great follow up, materials, tips, attention to detail, and clean up. I was looking up their info to refer them to a friend and thought I really needed to leave this review.

Excellent customer service and response to the initial query. Booked in and work completed within a couple of days. Tidy and professional with excellent communication. Job completed with perfection. Terrific handling of every aspect from start to finish and would definitely highly recommend this as the best roof repair company near me in Phoenix and be using it again!!

It was time to replace our roof, but we had heard so many horror stories that we were worried about finding a good roofer we could trust. Fortunately, a neighbor (we live in Scottsdale) recommended Scott Roofing. All I can say is that they were very straight forward and explained everything really well and did what they said without any surprises. I highly recommend The Roof Medics. I use them for my business and also my personal residence. We recently had all of the roofing paper replaced, along with some of the plywood, on our 25 year old roof and they did a great job. The crews were professional, prompt and clean.

The absolute WORST roofing company I have ever worked with. Incredibly inconsiderate, and disrespectful workers who left my lot littered with trash.
