I cannot say enough about these guys! My ac broke and I asked fb for recommendations. A friend reached out to me and said I have a guy named Frank. I hit up Frank after receiving a few quotes that my mother and I didn't like. Frank had Cody show up the very next morning and Cody was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. He listened to what we had felt was the problem, looked at my house, went in the attick and gave us the quote itemized for my mom with 4 different units to choose from. He then spent time on the phone with my mom to address any questions and concerns she might have because she's very difficult and had millions of questions. He did that tho and it helped my mom be at ease making her decision. Once we decided to go with these guys Cody was back at my place first thing the next morning measuring everything in the attick and on top of roof. And then finally Saturday morning boom, the install crew arrived. David, Aslam, and Riley showed up early Saturday morning and they were super professional, extremely nice, and man they got everything done we asked in what seemed like record time. I cannot think these guys enough this company Frank all the way down to the bottom it has been a top-notch first class experience and I am very appreciative for everything they've done.if you are in need of an air conditioning unit service or anything to do with heating and cooling I highly recommend you call these guys they are fair their honest and are very hard-working.

I found 1st Choice Mechanical on Yelp due to their great reviews. I was completely down and out after previously being scammed by a horrible company and happened upon 1st Choice. I spoke with Tori and she was so kind and caring and let me blab and cry about the horrible situation I was in. She said she would try and call her father Michael and asked if he would come on Saturday, a day they are normally closed. Immediately she called back and said he would be there. Michael showed up promptly and was so friendly and knowledgeable. I felt at ease and confident in his skill set. He was done within an hour. Having just moved here and being a first time home owner, I knew nothing. Now I know a great family owned company who I will go back with time and time again.

Called in the am and had it repaired by early afternoon. Always respond to my calls and fixes issues every time. Have been using them for years and highly recommend them. You will not be sorry.

The repairman came out quickly during the busy season and was able to diagnose the problem. The company quickly turned around quotes on various ways to proceed forward. Unit was replaced and the entire crew was polite, efficient, and did an excellent job. I have recommended this company to several other people now.

This morning a had Junior come out to service my A/C and to discuss why different parts of my house don't seem to cool like other parts. He easy and simply explained how my air conditioning system works and came up with multiple options not to just service but to also upgrade it. Scottsdale Heating and Air was very professional and helpful when my AC went out this summer. While having your AC go out during the hottest summer on record is stressful, these individuals were very professional and understanding. I will continue using them in the future.
