Juan came out and diagnosed the problem. Clearly explained the problem and options to resolve the problem. Jeremy and the install team arrived, installed new condenser, air handler and thermostat. Explained how the new thermostat worked. Very satisfied with the entire team.

I chose REEis through SRP home evaluation. It was $99 so not bad to see if I could improve on my home. They came out and did their testing. They were friendly and worked quickly. Explained what the tests were, the results, and gave their honest feedback regarding any fixes. I liked that they gave me advice what to do now and how to prepare for the future when the A/C will eventually need replacing.

This company is amazing. They came out short notice on a Sunday and fixed the problem within like 25 mins. Chris was our service guy and he was so nice and broken everything down to us about what was wrong and what needs to be done. They don't push anything on you that you don't want or can't afford. I’ve had my eye on a Mitsubishi Mini Split for a long time. I wanted one not only as a backup ac unit for our house, but really for our master bedroom which never seems to cool during the summer months. I contacted Lincoln Air who is an authorized Mitsubishi dealer and Dillon came out to our house (wearing a mask, thank you Dillon!!) to give us an estimate. He told us where the best placement would be and what to expect on the day of installation. The crew is all pro, there were no issues with the installation process. It has been two months now and the Mitsubishi Mini Split is a fantastic investment, and we finally have a cool master bedroom. Thanks again!!

Had a fuse blow on our A/C unit called them at night and they had someone out the next day to take of the issue and also had them replace our old thermostat, I would highly recommend them for how quickly they got the issues resolved.

Our A/C started acting up right at the end of summer.
We called Howard Air and they dispatched David Shrum to fix the issue.
He did not have enough time to fix the problem and said he would come back the following day. He noticed we had a 4 month old baby boy and called dispatch to stay after hours and fix the issue. He was here over 4 hours but got the job done.
Anyone with a little baby surely can appreciate how important it is for them to be comfortable to be able to sleep.
