The technician, I believe it was Jibran, was promptly on time, not what I’m used to with OTHER businesses, so I actually almost missed him! He was professional, told me exactly what he needed to do to fix the plumbing issue, got right to business. He was friendly, did not leave any mess of trash behind and literally was hassle free for me. Even the courteous phone call at the time of making the appointment The scheduler(female) was super polite and friendly. My A/C units were acting funny and when I ran the upstairs circulation fan I smelled something that smelled hot'. I called Hays this morning, not expecting an appointment for several days because of the Independence Day holiday. They found a slot for me and Dominique was here at 1:30. One of the units was low on Freon and the circulation fan had burned out and needed replacement. By the time he climbed into the attic the outside temperature had climbed to 108. He made no complaints, filled the Freon, had a replacement fan on his truck. he was here until after 6 this evening. He was pleasant, polite, knowledgable, and I have every confidence in the quality of his repairs.

I had my AC looked at for routine inspection and Alexander Beltz was the technician. He was professional and got the job well done. Even helped me out with their membership maintenance plan to help lower cost of repair and gave a lot of great advice since my AC unit is really old, highly recommend them!

Their tech correctly diagnosed the problem as being the thermostat, and had a new one installed in a matter of minutes. I thought the cost was on the high side, but NVM took care of my problem less than 24 hours after it became a problem. They came when they said they would, and fixed everything correctly. I'm very satisfied.

My heating has not been keeping up with the setting for a couple days.

He was really courteous and put on shoe covers before coming in.
In just a few minutes on the roof he diagnosed the reason my heating hadn't been working and replaced the part and was on his way.
Service is part of the reason I buy a Goettl heat pump every 10-15 years.

After having Scottsdale Air replace both of our HVAC systems in one day a few years ago and doing a beautiful job, I decided that we should have the also do the recommended annual maintenance. We recently underwent a complete remodel in our home. We took down a wall that contained our cold air return, took down a dropped ceiling that contained duct work in our bathroom and dining room and installed a wall to create a new powder room. AZ Perfect Comfort relocated the cold air return and duct work in all the rooms. AZ Perfect Comfort was amazing to work with from initial walk through for the estimate to the finished product.
