It's difficult to find a reliable roofing contractor in Phoenix. I called several to get quotes for a leak repair. Geo Roofing wasn't the cheapest, but they were very competitive, and the estimate was the most comprehensive, and their scheduled service was quicker than any competitor.
The work started on time and when the crew discovered some damaged roof decking which was outside the scope, I called Mike the General Manager concerned about a huge change order. He responded quickly with the additional charges; about a 10% increase ($250) which was a great deal. The work was done professionally, and the crew cleaned up after the work was completed.
I highly recommend Geo Roofing because of the fast (compared to other contractors) response time, cost competitive estimate, and thorough and professional work.

These guys were great! Great job and great cleanup. They even went through all the bushes looking for parts of old shingles. Alan, the owner went way out of his way and replaced an indoor plastic light cover AND bought 4 new LED florescent lights and installed them. He also cleaned out all the caked mud in the gutters! Brandon was courteous, punctual and knowledgeable about roofing. He was one of several bids I acquired to do a complete underlay replacement for a tile roof. The crew that came out was extremely competent, and worked well together. So much so, that many of our neighbors commented to me about the excellent job being done on our roof. Cleaned up every day, and even had a major night of rain during their work that they were thoroughly prepared for. They definitely achieved a five star result. Since this is a project where most of the cost is labor, I really appreciated that I was quoted only with premium materials, and options to upgrade from there. All of the other bids I received were using low cost products, and I had to ask for upgrades to get up to the product Brandon proposed as the baseline. Seems kind of silly to spend a lot of money and then use inferior products.
