Very happy with new home install. Wiring Pros seamlessly wired the whole house project. 3rd party contractors i.e. flooring, air conditioning, roofer spoke very highly of Wiring Pros and took their business cards for future works.

With our new house, we began using Penguin Air & Plumbing and had called them out a couple of times and were satisfied both times. We had a water burst from piping under the sink, and it was not resolved. We were still with the problem the entire weekend. It was $607 for nothing to be resolved and I was told I needed $1,000 hydrojetting, which I initially booked for the Monday. I began questioning the whole thing, so I cancelled the hydrojet on the Sunday and called out a second opinion from a different company for that Monday, and the problem was seen and everything fixed for $200 within 15 minutes. I questioned the $607 charge since nothing was resolved at all that initial visit (I was left the same way as when I called them out!) I then chased it up again, and I was told I would receive a $367 refund. That was February 14th, and I still have not received the refund, and my emails are ignored. I just want the refund so I can move on from this experience. Do not use this company for immediate emergencies.Further update:I ultimately requested my bank to return the money that was promised to me and never given by trying to communicate with the company.I’ve been also trying to cancel the loyalty program for almost as long as the above issue (which I had to resolve ultimately through my bank as they kept asking me to call, and the voicemail box was full), and long enough another month fee came out. You see, I signed up that night of the emergency because I thought they were going to help us. Turns out they charged us $607 to NOT help us at all and left us in the same position we called them out for (unable to use sink due to clog.) Another company came out and fixed problem immediately for $200.I regretted joining the loyalty program immediately and when I emailed about the $607, I also requested that to be cancelled. I was told it would be. It NEVER WAS. I got another monthly charge. Phoning them up, I was told I had to pay $59 for cancelling before the year was up. To be rid of this ongoing company’s issue, I paid it. However, be warned. I joined under the pretense they would HELP ME THAT NIGHT which they DID NOT. They wanted me to call out an even more expensive hydrojet service next (so a little clog ultimately could have turned into $1,600++ of work) that I ultimately cancelled for a second opinion from a company who fixed issue for $200.So, they failed in helping me THAT NIGHT, so I feel furious I have to pay a loyalty program cancellation fee considering the ongoing issues with their lack of professionalism rectifying the initial problem to begin with. I joined that night under the pretense they would help me. I wasn’t helped. I was overcharged for nothing to begin with.I’ve been in contact with them right after this original “service” call out occurred. Just awful. Please avoid.

Chris was very professional and explained throughly each step of the repairs. He also drained and flushed our water heater, confirming it was in great condition, despite being previously told it needed to be replaced. I appreciate his hard work and honesty.

They went so far above and beyond to help me over the phone -and did it purely to help. He didn’t even charge me! Thank the Lord for people and businesses like this that are still willing to help people!

This contractor did an outstanding job on my house and cleaned up nicely. Highly recommended. They work with integrity. Will use in the near future.
