It was 6 pm on a Saturday night and our sewer line backed up into the bathroom. I called Penguin Air and the representative was so nice and friendly he got us an appt right away and by 730 Efrain Zendejas 3213 was at our house and it was fixed by 830. Efrain was very polite and very friendly He was very professional and gave us some great advice how to avoid it happening to us again. I would highly highly recommend Penguin Air to anyone!!! The price was wayyyy less than I thought it would be on a weekend emergency call. I am thankful for their help in an emergency situation and the will definitely be my go to from now on ?

We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

This is the 2nd time I have called and had Amigo Rooter and Plumbing come to my house to fix something. Both times they have been polite, knowledgeable and professional. They investigate what the problem is and explain what needs to be done. Their price for service is reasonable. You get what you pay for. Professionals are worth it. I reached out to Hobaica to install a Tesla Wall Connector in our garage. They were very polite and immediately scheduled us for a quote with Steven. Steven was amazing in all phases of the project. In all our appointments he was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Made me very comfortable and was respectful when entering our home, ensuring social distance and wearing shoe coverings. Truly amazing to work with. Shoutout to their office staff as well, especially Tina, who was able to work with us so the project accommodated our budget. All in all, this was a great experience and exceptional company to work with. I would highly recommended Hobaica to anyone in the future.

I just wanted to share that I had Ryan at my property a couple days ago to help me with a broken A/C unit and he did a fantastic job. He had an appointment shift on him which made him available to visit my property earlier than expected, which was great, and he quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me some preventative maintenance tips and was on his way. I hope all of my A/C repairs go as smoothly as they did with Ryan!

I had a seasonal maintenance done and when I complained the air flow in some of our ducts were bad Jorge and John came back and fixed the problem by straightening out the flows to the ducts. They had been kinked. This corrected the problem. Great team and deserve an A++.

Had cactus mechanical replace my complete HVAC system when the A/C failed about 1.5 years ago. Was pleased with the knowledgeable employees from the person who assessed my house to the installers of all the components. The person who assessed my house actually found out that my A/C units tonnage was wrong for the size house I own.

Fast forward to the current date, while in my attic I noticed a hose that was not correctly installed when it was replaced. I called Cactus Mechanical and they came out the next day. They noticed the same discrepancy from the install and fixed the problem with no charge. Now I know what you may be thinking. They should've definitely, with no question, fix the problem with no charge; I thought that as well. But the fact that it was 1.5 years after the install could've gave an unfair company enough reason to not fix the problem free of charge. The fact that they did makes them good in my book.
