THE BEST in every way! Absolutely satisfied and would highly recommend this company. Loretta and Karen are the greatest, so caring and very detailed with their inspections and treatments! They are always on time and great communication with follow up phone calls when I was so stressed about the tick infestation in my house. They take the time to let you know what you need to do to alleviate problem areas and they treat you like family, not just quickly spraying and leaving like other companies I have encountered. This company is very trustworthy and honest and words cannot express how truly grateful and satisfied I am for finding them. So be sure to call them and look no further because this company is the TOP OF THE LIST! Also very reasonable pricing! Scheduling is never a problem and you can always reach them on the phone. Fabulous service!

Brian was very professional and did a great job. He explained the different treatments he was going to use and why. Overall i was very happy with the service provided.

Waited 5 weeks once I signed up for the weed service only to be told the morning of the service that it needs to be rescheduled, so finally after 7 weeks the tech shows up, but late.The tech applied Barricade 4FL which is a pre-emergent (no post-emergent) and was here for 2 hours and sprayed all the areas that were agreed upon at the original meeting.Time will tell if this service is good for a year. In the past I had companies spray every 6 months and the previous service was quarterly but they kept cancelling and I couldn't get them out even though they raised their prices (see other reviews)I hope all goes well as I'd like to use them for termite/pest control in the future.

Great customer service .

We have used the same company for 21 years although it changed names a couple of years ago. They have always provided excellent service at a competitive price.

The team is professional and courteous. They are always responsive to my calls. I like the safety of the products they use and so far it seems effective!

Had the pleasure of dealing with this company for a recent termite treatment at my home. Each aspect of the process - the initial phone call, the initial inspection visit, the treatment visit and the follow-up - was very professional and delivered as promised. Wally was a pleasure to deal with during the initial inspection and Josh performed the treatment with respect for my home and was very informative throughout the treatment. I hope I do not need their services for several more years, but have the confidence that I will be treated professionally and with respect should any challenges arise.

Great service. Had Kangaroo mice problem and the problem was solved.

Marde-Sue showed up fast and she put me at ease when she got here. I am allergic to bees and they had made their way in my house, I was in a full blown panic. She calmed me down and exterminated all of them quickly and efficiently. If I ever have another bee problem I will definitely request Marda-Sue to be on my job again.

I used this company since I needed an inspection due to refinancing my home. The only complaint that I have is this - the report that I received which was 1 page turned out to be not sufficient enough and now it is holding up my loan process. I explained I needed the inspection for refinancing so the gentleman should have known the correct report to send so I could forward. I had to call another company to come out and expedite the correct report since the current company could not do it for two more weeks.
