The staff that came out to do our shower install when above and beyond. They worked non stop to insure that that shower was going to be safe for my 90 year old father. Dad just loves the new shower. They removed all the old remnants of the old bath tub their clean up was always spotless daily.

Phx home remodeling demoed my outdated bathroom and made my dream bathroom a reality. From the first meeting I felt confident that they would do good work. Their whole remodeling process is so streamlined and stress free. And while they may be pricier than other companies, the lack of stress I had through the remodel is absolutely worth it. They communicate quickly and punctually, which is not something I had experienced with other places. The people working on my bathroom were always on time, professional, and courteous. They post progress pictures through the process so even if you can’t physically get in the space to see, you know that work is being done. From the inception of having the salesperson to the house. The discussion we had with him was personable, comfortable and informative. There was no pressure whatsoever. My wife and I usually do not make hasty decisions in the sense we thoroughly research what we want or like or don't like or don't want. After discussing with the Jacuzzi salesperson it was obvious to work with them. This was not a hasty decision as we had researched other options, but we were concerned with having a guarantee of the work completed. Jacuzzi offers a lifetime guarantee of their products and installation. Check the first box.The communication from their office to keep me updated on product arrivals to their location to finalizing the install date was fantastic. I must have received 5 to 6 calls keeping me informed in an 8 week period. Check the second box.The installers arrived on time, were neat, clean and very respectful of our home. Check the third box.The installers explained their work prior to beginning and then walked us through the post implementation along with showing us the water fixtures we had installed. The fourth box is now checked.Last but not least, the installers were friendly, personable and in this case, Corey and Dom were great to work with as they clearly explained everything. I am a hard person to appease, but Jacuzzi, from the onset of the salesperson to after the installation, did an outstanding job. My family is very pleased with the outcome and products. Installed a new shower in the master bathroom. The installers Wayne & Andrew did a great job. They were very, efficient, and keep there work space cleaned at all times. Both worked non- stop until finished. We recently completed a full tear-out kitchen and master bath replacement with Homework Remodels in our mid-century home (built 1957). It was the second major project on which we engaged Steve Shinn and company. The first was about ten years ago for an addition to our home that added an office/bedroom, laundry room, garage extension, new roof, painting and changes to front and rear patios.

Doing such an extensive project that involved all trades gave us the opportunity to really get to know Steve, the quality of work from his team, and the way he runs his business. Needless to say, we were very satisfied and had no hesitation calling Homework Remodels for this latest project.

We were very pleased to see that Steve was not only still in business following the recession that clobbered so many local companies, but actually had grown his business over that time. Knowing that Steve takes a long-term approach to managing his business, and having seen his dedication to customer satisfaction, we were not surprised to see that Homework Remodels flourished. We had uncertainties about other contracting firms, so we went with the one we knew and with whom we already had a good experience. We had confidence in Homework Remodels, so it was a pretty easy decision.

One of the changes we found, that was of great value to us, is that Steve now had an in-house designer, Sheila, whose experience and expertise was obvious from our first meeting. It made tackling such a large project a much more comfortable experience. Sheila provided a lot of information on materials, fixtures, and design, and told us where to find more on our own.

The Homework team provided guidance every step of the way and did a great job. I would recommend them for their quality of work and great customer service.

Did a super job with installation in an impossible situation.

We love our new Bathroom and Master bedroom remodel just recently completed. We had the tub removed and a large shower installed in it's place. New modern ceramic wood looking tiles and French patio doors in lieu of window. The project did come with some frustrations of additional costs that should have been assessed in the beginning. They utilize a new portal but it needs to include emailing directly from portal. We are not sure everyone knew how to utilize it. We experienced some delays that could have been prevented. Our superintendent, Will Stubblefield, was wonderful, responsive and flexible. He called or text us back timely. He was professional and friendly as were all the workers that came in to do their part of the project. They tried to keep the dust to a minimum. They each cleaned up after themselves.

Maxum Design is an excellent company to work with. They are acommadating, they took our vision and presented us with a virtual blue print. This helped us to visualize how our final product might look. We got to play around with it until we were satisfied with the outcome. Even though we changed our initial idea, they took their time to ensure we were happy with the final outcome. We never felt rushed or we were inconveniencing them. Very professional and knowledgeable. Their design studio is beautiful with plenty of samples to work with. They provided us with initial options which is helpful to get us started. But the best was their ability to accept feedback and provide us with options that met our design. We never felt pressured into any decisions. Maxum Design staff takes time to give to give their clients truly what they desire.

I appreciate all the help and effort they put into the project from the time the task was scheduled. Everything was done in a timely manner. Thumbs up.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

PJH Construction did a full remodel of my home. It looks so beautiful and everyone that visits says what a great job it is. I am very pleased and would use them again without hesitation.

They didn't finish and left trash in my yard. Was supposed to return and never did. The person that answered the phone was rude. He wouldn't let me talk to a manager. They have my money and now they don't care. I am going thru chemo and do not feel good and they r making me chase them. It's tiresome that customer service is so bad. Two hrs later Jeff resolved the issue.

Xtra Mile was comunicative, and easy to work with. Work was finished before their timeline and looks great. We had them install a new tile shower that is perfect. Tile and drywall in our worship. They even painted. It has been a pleasure working with them.
