Best Residential Repair in Phoenix AZ

My water heater went out yesterday and they were able to come out and replace it the same day! The tech Anthony arrived on time and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

DO NOT USE THEM, STAY AWAY based on my experience, just my opinion.Hired them to find a gas leak and repair it, they turned off my gas so I reminded them to turn my gas on and please re-light my water heater they did neither. I called them the next day and explained they didn’t turn on my gas and they refused to help my husband spoke to them and they said they would contact us at730 am the next day they never called I tried calling them and no answer do not use them we filled a complaint with the BBB and wasn’t shocked to see they have a bad reputation there. After reading these reviews it seems like women have issues with them, not surprisingly by the way the treated me.

Wow !!!! James is amazing employee .. I assume they already know that . I was impressed with his service . Faster then expected lol he even smelled good . He was honest which surprised me….. He even referred a program which might be able to help me with my major repair . He also got my unit running until I can afford the much needed part . This is the third year I used Benefit Air to do my annual AC checkup. Cole came out the first 2 years and was excellent. Very professional and thorough. This time we got Juan, who was every bit as good as Cole. He was prompt, had great communication about the appointment, calling to let me know he could be there before the appointment time. He was focused and thorough. Another great experience from Benefit Air!

Although the tech was nice he failed to address the reason for my call. I was offered products and services as well as talk of a new AC however he did not look into Duct to see if there was a leak.
Crazy because an endoscope to look in the duct work is like 20.00 on ebay
