Had a breaker trip and could not get it to reset. Called Penguin on a Sunday and they sent a Techician out within a couple of hours. Derrick was very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. Turns out the breaker was fine. Our breaker panel is new and has a different way to reset breakers than the old one. Lesson learned!

First time using Hobaica and we were very satisfied with our service. Scott D came out to fix a pex tubing leak in our attic and replace a toilet. He was kind, knowledgeable and had a light positive attitude which made us feel comfortable hiring them for our plumbing needs. The job was done efficiently and professionally. My son's AC unit was making some odd noises...He rents the house from us, so I made the call to Sun Devil for a check up. I didn't realize I called after hours so I hung up and never left a message. At 9AM the next morning I received a call back! It was amazing! I scheduled service for Friday morning between 8 and 10. The techs arrived early, already had a ladder up and were on the roof inspecting. The unit that was on the roof was old - it was installed in 1998 and ready to go out. Being that next week it will be 116 degrees, I chose to purchase a new unit to beat the heat. THE SAME DAY they had a crane and delivered a brand new TRANE AC Unit, replaced our old thermostat and replaced our filter grill that allows much better airflow. Impressive! We used them 3 years ago on our own home - AC went out right before vacation in JULY - hottest time of year - we had pets that were staying home and being looked after - Sun Devil came out the next morning to install a new AC unit so no worry about pets. We have referred many friends and will continue to do so.

Called Four Seasons for an estimate after another AC service quoted for a major repair. Four Seasons offered a free second opinion. On the visit, Chris from Four Seasons went up to the attic and said nothing major appeared out of order, and still offered to do a minor adjustment free of charge. I am used to high pressure sales tactics. This was a pleasant surprise. This is how you build customer trust. He did say there is a chance I may need a repair in the future and offered to send me an estimate. Great service. I'll definitely call if I need AC service in the future.

After having several companies come out and give us quotes for a completely new HVAC system, new air handler and moving the air handler to a new location we felt that Day/Night did the best job giving us options to choose from as far as the types of systems. The original estimate and measurements were quite extensive due to all the changes and Jason did a very thorough job. We felt as though we had a ton of information to help make our choice. No pressure, just great info. When it came time to install Troy came out the day before to double check everything and confirm what we wanted. He also made video's for the team that would come out the following day for the install. We had about 6 guys in our house for about 8 hours installing our new system. The supervisor walked us through everything that would happen, checked with us about where the new intake would be, thermostats, etc.. which I very much appreciated. After lunch their boss Troy stopped by to check in and make sure that everything was going according to instruction. All in all we could not be happier with our experience so far. I did a ton of research on HVAC brands and we decided to go with a Trane system. Great warranty and great reviews. I have also had Day/Night work on some plumbing issues and they were again fantastic, on-time, great communication and I never felt that I was being pressured to by something or upgrade to something I didn't need. I appreciate that. Every person on their team has been professional and great to work with. You can tell they like what they do. Great job team and great job Day & Night teaching and training your servicemen to do a job right! Much appreciated, you've got a loyal customer in me!!!!

We requested an annual service on our five-year-old Trane XR14. The machine had been running fine and we thought a service might just improve its conditions. A guy named Juan came to our house on July 3. No major problem was found. He adjusted our controller from one-stage to two-stage, stating that it's more efficient. He also recommended refilling Freon. On July 6 he came again and refilled Freon. Afterwards AC was producing more noise, and it feels like it was up and running very hard. We didn't pay too much attention as the machine was still producing cool air. But on August 9 the machine just completely stopped producing cool air. We found the outside fan shutdown. We called BenefitAir the same day. Charles Watson, the service manager, came to our house on August 10. As it was over one month from the last service, we were told we have to pay the minimum service charge $84, with which we agreed before his coming. After inspection, he said we have two options, one is to replace the motor of fan and starter. It cost about $1200 but this doesn't guarantee AC would work. If there is leakage of Freon in AC compressor coils, the machine will soon broke. So second option is to replace the whole unit. The price tag for XR16 is about $10k.
We sat at the 109 degree room, trying to make a decision if we should spend $1k or $10k on our machine in 5 minutes. We tried to understand why everything works fine before their service. We didn’t know what happened and we are not technical, but it is just a bit coincident that after the service the machine started to have problem. He explained to us there were no wiring problem he could identify from the previous service. There are all kinds of possibilities such as the original installation could mess up the machine, and so forth.
In the end we didn’t go with his recommendation. We had another guy over and fixed the fan at almost half of his quote. So far the machine is working fine.

I had to have my Thermostats moved to make room for some sliding barn doors. Reeis came and did the job quick and easy for me and best of all for a great price! I would highly recommend them for anyone that needs a similar service.
