Javier was friendly, courteous wore booties and a mask, took a look at my issues then worked out a plan of attack and pricing before started. I used Reddi at apartments which I own to remedy a costly situation with a frozen water valve that wouldn't shut off. The technician showed up quickly, got up to speed on the problem, and resolved it quickly for a reasonable price. I just referred my sister to them over the weekend when all of the drains in her entire house backed up. Reddi showed up really quickly and resolved the problem right away. I'm really impressed by their service.

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.
