Amazing customer service, fast, and great work! We just bought a home in Phoenix and our water heater and AC went out within a hour of each other. They had a tech out within 2 hours and replacements completed within 24 hours! The techs were so friendly and knowledgeable. WOW, even though my father replaced this system in June 2017 and passed away in December 2021, Hobaica honored the parts warranty, I knew the labor warranty was expired, they schedule me for service ASAP. I call on 6/10/22 at noon and a technician Steven Avila, arrive at 5 pm, schedule between 4 to 7 pm. Steven was friendly, professional and got right to work. Found the issue, adjusted the A/C to give me relief right now (today was only 111 degrees and this weekend it should be 114!!!). Thanks, because I thought that was it, but Steven went even further and found an issue (a small leak), so he diagnose the problem, topped off the coolant and call the office to see If the part is available. All I can say, I wish everybody could give service like this. Even though I have a Lennox system, that after five years, sprung a leak, but life isn't fair, but the service from Hobaica and Steven was very fair and extremely fast service!!! Now that it's cooling down in the house, I can start living again, since I'm from Central Oregon (get weather now), and I'm doing maintenance on the house, to have another issue on my list, this one is pretty well done for now and I have Hobaica to thank!!!

I had two technicians come out, two different days and both were super helpful! Jared was knowledgable and able to tell me what the issue was, but came on short notice so he didn't have the equipment available. He said he would notify the office and make sure someone else came out the next day. It was great having conversation with him, such a friendly guy! Then, Brett came today and fixed the issue! It was 91 degrees in my condo earlier and now it is cooling in the 70s back to normal :) He was very friendly, quickly diagnosed the problem and spent extra time making sure it was cooling properly. He went above and beyond and I appreciate it so much!! THANK YOU!

Ryan was fast and professional. Gave us good information on our older system during the routine maintenance inspection. All of the techs from Desert Diamond have been great. As reasonably priced as any A/C company with honest employees. Highly recommend.

Unit had gone out called to get checked out .Moises went immediately ..turns out it only needed maintence ..Very honest responsible,communicative, and gave several recommendations! They're the best!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. These guys are a massive rip-off. If you like spending way to much money for something you don't need then give Goettl a call. I had my AC go out, blown cap and the coils needed to get cleaned. No big deal right? Wrong. Goettl wouldn't do anything to help me what so ever until I agreed to purchase a brand new unit from them. Only once I agreed to buy a new unit did their tech actually start fixing mine. I nearly busted out in laughter when their sales rep told me it would be 27k to install a new unit. 27k on a unit that normally sells around 5k plus labor. Thank God for the buyer's remorse law so I could tell Goettl to get lost when I had Hobaica quote me 7k. So glad I didn't go through with Goettl, that would have been a massive burden placed on my family. Goettl you should be ashamed of yourself for over charging people like this, shame on you for trying to take advantage of people like this.

AHS assigned Valley's Best to fix my A/C unit after was out for three days. Adam the tech got the job done within an hour and left with a smile. This company employs the best and lives up to its name the Best I truly appreciate their quick service respond, especially my thanks goes to Marlene the office Mgr who contacted me immediately and scheduled the work in the same day while other companies didn't respond, have no openings, or made the excuse which was worse than guilt by saying: we don't serve A/C units on two stories houses, Absolutely ridiculous answer.
It was my first time using Valley's Best, and it won't be the last. You all earned A++++++ today thanks again

We had plumbing done and the technician who came out was very professional, courteous and thoroughly explained all options and what he did and observed before being authorized to perform what we needed him to do. The old AC was from a different company I always had issues with it and they were never willing to come take a look at it, they continued to make silly excuses for the next 6 months. I got fed up with it and looked for a different company Kind Mechanical was able to book me an appointment and come take a look at it that same day !! Frank himself was the one who assigned me to Ayax who took a look at my AC and replaced it that night. I’m in love with it now everything was so neat and organized ! It’s so crazy that this company had such had workers!

James, the technician, is honest, courteous and professional. Explained the solution very clearly to our AC problem and repaired our unit to good working condition. The repair was done for a very reasonable cost. Great company.

They were great. Showed up same day when the valley was in the middle of a super hot spell. Inside of 1/2 hr I had cool air back! Only 4 stars because they were a bit pricey at $350 for less than an hour and a $20 capacitor. $180 trip charge that doesn’t apply to repairs is a bit much too. But hey, they were responsive and got cold air going so I’m happy.

AZ Perfect Comfort is a great company, and I couldn't be happier with their services. They've been servicing my A/C for a couple of years, and when I finally needed a new unit, they replaced it at a very fair price with a great service contract included, and their employees were friendly, professional and on time.
