We called Promise for a broken HVAC blower motor after our landlord went incommunicado and we were stuck figuring it out on our own.

The receptionist was attentive, knowledgeable, and was able to clearly communicate the repair process. They booked us a time exactly when we had hoped, three days out, and gave us an estimate that everything would be able to be completed at that time.

The owner, Jesus Montes, arrived promptly at the arranged time and inspired confidence immediately. He is articulate, professional, friendly, and was able to quickly diagnose the blower motor. His quote commanded in the upper end of the expected price range, however Mr. Montes exceeded all expectations for quality and quantity of service so we felt his price were fair.

Mr. Montes, within 2 hours of arrival, completed the repair of the blower motor and provided us with documentation in pictures of the repair as well as personally showed us the old motor and problem. He sat down with us to discuss possible other issues to work out and was helpful in signing the waiver of lien and preparing the invoice in a way the state advises us we needed to legally deduct these costs from our rent.

Our system has been working well since and we highly recommend Promise and Mr. Montes as an efficient and competent contractor

Although the AC equipment was delayed due to the world's current supply chain issue, once it finally arrived, it was installed seamlessly to the church fellowship hall and kitchen existing AC system. Look, there's a reason this place has so many excellent reviews. I got oh so many quotes to replace my AC unit and move to a heat pump. Not only was Day & Night reasonably priced, the salesperson, Brian, was incredibly pleasant and responsive to deal with. We ending up having them not just install a new 5 ton roof unit, but fix some bad ductwork. The technicians, led by Eric, arrived on time, did their work efficiently, and were also super professional. Our house is now heating and cooling MUCH more evenly and efficiently. I would strongly recommend Day & Night Air to anyone looking to manage their HVAC.

I contacted Just Air to have an old unit inspected. Just Air was able to schedule us in in a timely way, and they communicated well. Bradly went above an beyond to be polite, thorough, and tidy during his inspection of our AC system (both attic and outside). The report he generated--complete with pictures--was just what we needed.

Our experience with Scottsdale Air was superb! We got quotes from a number of local outfits, to proactively replace our 15 year old, slit-system heat pump. My initial criteria was that all these companies needed to have been in operation at least a couple decades (Scottsdale Air over 60 years). One big name company was very high-priced, and I didn’t feel the salesman was totally genuine. The others were all in the same price ballpark, but Eric, the Scottsdale Air salesman was a really good communicator and he was genuine and knowledgeable. Plus he was to the point, didn’t waste my time and printed out a concise, easy to understand proposal (one company’s quote was 5 pages long!) before leaving. Eric and his office were both very responsive to us, before and after the installation. (BTW - His price was just a little lower than most of the others, but my interaction with him and his office was really what clinched it for me!)

The installers showed up right on time and did the work in a very professional manner – they were respectful of our property and were as quiet as they could be, and had the work done in a little over four hours. I asked Eric previously if they could provide a portable heater, and the installers brought one which kept things quite comfortable while they replaced the old unit.

I have a background in the HVAC field, so I knew a couple things about what they were doing, and I am pleased to say I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! Oh, one last thing – we went for the simplest Trane unit that would be at least 15 SEER (which was also more affordable). After we had the installation date set, Eric called to say there was an issue with the air handler we’d specified, so Scottsdale Air upgraded us to a much better and costlier air handler without charge - now that’s a good example of excellent and conscientious customer service! Bottom-line: A nice unit sold and installed by a thoughtful, competent company at a fair price – what’s not to love about that!?

The repair was fine and reasonable.The Freon needed topped off but he would not do it because he said he needed to check for a Freon leak. It was only down 2 pounds in 5 years. Not much!So we just wanted to top off, but he wouldn’t do it. We feel they just wanted to charge us more.

Requested a bid from company, and made an appointment for 9am, they didn't show or call. i called and they said they would look into it and get back me, they never did. i don't know why i called back but i did, and they finally send over someone later in the day who didn't look at my equipment or the site it was going or anything for that matter, and proceeded to quote me almost double every other bid i have received.
Very unprofessional i would avoid wasting your time here.

Our technician was out between the hours they said they would be. He was very efficient and did a great job with the install. He was also very nice and friendly. We love our new system and there’s already a difference with our water. Parker is the best in town!

We had to have our entire 5 ton split system A/C-heating system replaced. Marc S. was the salesperson. He did a great job. He made sure that he didn't leave any unanswered questions. George Brazil had roughly the same pricing as the other three companies we had out for estimates, but they have the best warranty. We got a 2 stage system. Calvin W., and Robert A. were our installers. They did a wonderful job and they were very professional and knowledgeable. Calvin ensured that we understood how our system and thermostat worked and that we did not have any questions. The crew did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.

I was really impressed with Mike's service. He was respectful, courteous and efficient. He wore a mask and booties in our house cleaning up like he was working at his own home. I would recommend the annual service agreement to all homeowners, friends and family. Not often a give an A+ to home services but these guys earned it all and then some.
