Technician Michael Olson is absolutely wonderful. He was warm, friendly and very thorough in answering all my questions…both times he was at my house. He explained the problem with my unit in layman’s terms and Michael has a demeanor that made me trust what he was telling me. Goettl is fortunate to have him as an employee and I’m fortunate that he was the technician that was assigned to my initial service call and again the next day to complete the service. 5 stars for Goettl and 10 stars for Michael!!

These guys are absolutely ROCKSTARS!! When my AC decided to break down, they were at my door with a portable AC to keep my family cool until they were able to install the new one on the roof. Very clean, professional, and very friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for any HVAC services. Forever a customer!

Figuring it all out now.... Andy and Leah answered every question I had about AC sizes, pricing, financing in detailed and in a timely manner.  They made it seamless! Thank God!!!   That's a headache I didn't have to worry about!

Then came installation day!! Mark and Zach did an exceptional job while installing my new AC unit.  They were clean, professional, courteous and informative on every aspect of the job.  They even helped tweak one of my vents to get more airflow in a rear room!

Steve took pictures and explained the current condition of my unit. He offered several price options for replacement and Eric and Mike were available to do the work the next day. Everyone was very professional and very pleasant to work with.

Quick response on a Sunday evening. James was able to identify the issue quickly and went through options with me. The repair was completed quickly and made for a stress free evening. After trying a few AC companies, I believe I have found one to rely on going forward.

These guys were great. They knew what they were doing and did everything as planned and at the agreed price. They even fixed some minor settings in the thermostat that were set at default by accident. No extra charge.

Semi-annual checkups, phone & text notices for every service call, show up on time & their technicians are very nice & professional.

This review is delayed a couple years. We had a room above the garage that was much warmer than the rest of the house. Reeis came out, took a bunch of temp/airflow measurements input them into a program. They provided a proposal for around $4k which would correct our problem. (Included additional spray insulation, running a return air return line and a couple other small items. We did not see any significant difference after completion. That room still was 10 degrees hotter than the rest of house. After calling them they offered a 3rd solution by running additional return line from another room upstairs, no change. Finally offered another $2k solution to put control valves in the ducts to increase airflow to the hot room. I asked that they only charge is the cost of this fix and never heard from them again.My next door neighbor saw them at our house and hired them to do some work. Had a similar experience, thousands of dollars with no significant change.We have since replaced both AC and AHU’s in our home. The room is still warmer than the rest of the house but the new units made it much better.

Alien AC installed our A/C unit for us 8 1/2 years ago. We came home yesterday to a 90 degree house and realized our fan motor wasn't blowing. Stuart came out for a very thorough HVAC inspection and evaluation. He showed up on time and did an A-->Z Inspection of my complete system pointing out with photos the issues I have. I wanted to try a new company to do an annual check up of my air-conditioner. Two weeks ago I called George Brazil Air Conditioning & scheduled me out two weeks & I understand because it's just a check up not an emergency. Today was the scheduled day for the service between 10am-2pm. I was excited to finally get it done. At approximately 12:30p I was called from the George Brazil Company to let me know that they weren't going to show up, because they other customers that needed emergency work. I've waited two weeks for this appointment. They offered me the next available date, which was 12 days from, after waiting for two weeks. I would have accepted even a later that night or the next day or two, but 12 days from now. I am very disappointed w/this company and I now I'm a new customer.
