Quick and excellent service!

Barry and Isaiah came out on the Sunday before Christmas. Our smoke alarms were going off repeatedly. They found we had faulty smoke detectors and replaced them all. Also we had an outdated breaker box which they fixed. I was very satisfied with their work. They explained and showed me the problems. Great job! I highly recommend this company.

Robert repaired 4 things at different times: replaced outdoor spigot after I broke it. This was a rush job since the water was turned off. ; replaced toilet ring after the seal broke and helped clean up the leak mess; replaced copper piping and fixed valve for the swamp cooler; and repaired/replaced old lead pipe drain from bath upstairs. All of the repairs were done as quickly as possible and professionally. He is also a nice guy, polite, professional and will go above and beyond to get your plumbing back to working order. I will definitely use his services again and recommend Quick Fix to anyone .

Fabulous service with a smile, these guys are like the Disney of HVAC! John Nunez was our service tech, he was fantastic. Very thorough and explained all of the systems and analysis. We were so pleased with the customer service, everyone lives up to the motto and is happy, happy, happy!

Tim was AWESOME! This is the 3rd time this company has serviced my property and I they continue to WOW me, They go above and beyond expectations. Tim is extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, very thorough. He sat down with me after and went through everything. Also they have membership that offers fantastic benefits for ongoing service and replacement.

After filing a home warranty for a failed air conditioning system I was contacted by Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning. The entire process was effortless as it combined an online warranty claim, a quick and polite phone call from Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning, which resulted in a new condenser motor installed by technician Elmer. Our condensing unit is 25 years old and we were concerned that it might be time to replace it. Overall the process was a pleasure and I am glad the Elmer was the service tech. Elmer was professional and polite. Luckily he had the correct size condenser fan motor on his truck. The only downside was that he had to cut down the motor shaft-which just took him more time (in the hot sun) to complete that task, but no gripes from us for that! Thanks for the hard work Elmer! He also had to replace a capacitor for said fan. I don't know if it was luck but our brand air conditioner, Trane, happened to be the same brand that Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning sells, installs and services. Maybe that was why he had the correct fan motor and capacitor on his truck? Either way we're happy to have our air conditioning system up and running again. I will never do business again with them. They were late twice in one day. 2 hours late for morning measurements and 2 hours late for install. The owner never apologized just made excuses. All said and done this is just another shady business. Unfortunately we are stuck with them and their service for the life of our new unit. Terrible service, terrible professional, will never recommend. Trust me. Go some where more reputable.

Amazing service! Reliant, professional and prompt with great customer service. Jessica was truly outstanding and went out of her way to help us when our heating went out during the Holiday. We had the pleasure of working with Andy of SG Mechanical when we purchased our
AC in 2016. The experience was excellent and the did it on very short notice. Since we had it installed and took out the service contract , we have had the pleasure of working with Kyle and Jim who
do our bi-annual service. We have nothing but compliments for SG, along with Andy, Kyle and Jim..Their work is exceptional and they always clean everything up whe finished. In an area where there are so many choices for AC services we highly recommend this company and these employees.

I was impressed with the customer care staff when I called to set up the appointment and when I called back to make a small request. Most of all I was very impressed with the skill of the technician who came to do the work. After serving both units he told me exactly what needed to be done on my systems and that’s what I wanted to know.

Everyone is amazing to work with. Great customer service, even after the job was completed. We needed a new unit and being 9 months pregnant with a crazy toddler, they made me a priority. I couldn't be more lucky to have found such a great company. Fred was the only person (out of 3 other techs) that actually took pictures and showed me what was wrong with our unit/duct work. Very honest and reliable!

This company is amazing. They came out short notice on a Sunday and fixed the problem within like 25 mins. Chris was our service guy and he was so nice and broken everything down to us about what was wrong and what needs to be done. They don't push anything on you that you don't want or can't afford. I will for sure be calling them again if I ever have problems again. So happy with them!!!!!

Jesse came for my regular check up did what needed. He always explains things so I understand he is very helpful that way. We decided what to do and he did a great job.
