The AC Tech person, Justin, was personable and well-prepared with a high degree of expertise He first went up into the attic [115F] and checked the unit there. He came down and then we went outside to the central unit. With various electronic gauges he checked the unit out. Everything was in good order.I highly recommend Hays Cooling; they care about service and do a superlative job.

Have been hearing of this company from acquaintances, decided to get into contact with Moises, as he was highly recommended to me. This is the time of year we all need service on our A/Cs, and was not disappointed! He was able to service my appliance with ease and without an issue. The process from the beginning job estimation through installation was comfortable. No high pressure or constant callbacks. Andy was thorough with the entire process and didn’t try to upsell me. Installation was done in less than 8 hours. Andy followed up with an inspection and air balance. Very satisfied with the process and price.

This is the second time Day and Night has been out. The first time they came out was when I first moved in fall of 2020. I had a DIY fail and had guests coming that were going to need the guest bathroom. They came out the next day and helped fix the plumbing problem which was simple and sold me the maintenance agreement. Fast forward to almost a year later they called to schedule an appointment with the maintenance agreement. Byron was personable and professional. He did a whole house inspection and there were a couple things he found. I probably didn’t need to get it done today because my home warranty company does cover plumbing issues. Saying that, his honesty and willingness to explain things and answer my questions I decided to do some of the work found today. Thank you Byron and thank you Day and Night for standing out in a lack of customer service and integrity era.

Repairman Jeff Brost came to my rescue on a sweltering Sunday afternoon. Jeff was honest about the required repair. He got my AC up and running and gave me some pro tips about routine maintenance.

The installation fees were high for warranty work, but that should be no reflection on the service provided.

Overall, I'd recommend this company for honest service.

Shoutout to Thomas H at ACE who performed my AC repair. He is everything you hope for in HVAC tech: knowledgeable, courteous, proficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it clearly and fixed to my satisfaction. It’s been a bit of a mixed bag for me with ACE, but this appointment was top notch. Great job!

Our air conditioner was not working properly so we had a tech from here come out through our home warranty. They thought they had the issue fixed but ended up being something else. We called back and they were able to send another tech out named Jason within 2 days and he diagnosed the underlying problem quickly and had it repaired the same day. The techs were both on time or even a little early and we're very professional. Jason helped us navigate through prices/costs. I would recommend this company for future ac problems.

Very friendly from the initial phone call to the company ( a young lady named Bri) to the repair tech (Brandon) who came out very quickly from making the call. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and super efficient. Explained what was needing repairs and fixed them that same day! Set up an appointment immediately with a secondary company needed to continue repairs. Quick response - fixed central air by exchanging a dual function capacitor. This part cost $ 500. On Amazon it was $ 22. We were in need but really? The capacitor is the most common failure point.
