Best Furnace Unit in Phoenix AZ

Tired to up sell me when I was in need of heat repair during cold spell. Told me no one could come out same day unless I joined the VIP membership. Called me back saying they could make it out same day even if I didn’t join the VIP membership. Tech eventually came at 8:20pm. He was very nice, fair and not pushy so it redeemed the guy I had spoken to earlier.

Scott was great. I attempted to wire a smart thermostat myself and blew my units transformer in the process. He was able to get out the same day I called and replace the transformer. He also recommended that I replace some old wiring connecting the unit to the thermostat because I was experiencing power lose at the thermostat. I did just that and BOOM, everything powered up as it should. Great experience, thank you Scott!
