Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

We used Matt for a repair on our HVAC system, and he did a phenomenal job. He was professional, efficient and saved us from having to spend a ton of money on a new unit. We also used Travis to unclog our bathroom sink (bless him), and he got the job done quickly. I trust these two for all our home repair needs!

I was having trouble with my A/C and I called Moises. He was very respectful, he came the day after I called, fast and great service.

Excellent work and follow up. House was just as clean when they left as when they arrived. Had two units installed and they work and look great. Highly recommend these guys.

Just Air is a company with integrity. I'm so pleased I chose Just Air to resolve my a/c problem. To begin with, Danielle worked with me to schedule and reschedule an appt. I had to cancel 2 appt. and she was professional and happy to accomodate my needs. James Mattingly arrived in a timely fashion. He was polite, respectful (wore booties over his shoes) and knowledgable. I had called with a problem of my return not cycling off. Within minutes he realized I had inadvertently hith the fan button which told my unit to run 24/7. It was my mistake, he resolved it and waived the service charge. I have never experienced THAT courtesy fromany other company. They obviously aren't out to rip the customer off.
I will definitely be using this company in the future!

After having Scottsdale Air replace both of our HVAC systems in one day a few years ago and doing a beautiful job, I decided that we should have the also do the recommended annual maintenance. William came out today to preform the AC portion of the service and was amazing. Polite, knowledgeable, efficient and a real pleasure to meet. I can't overstate how much welove Scottsdale air and their wonderful staff.

Had them install two units, 4 & 5 ton. Very clean, very professional, were on time and did what they said they were going to do. Great joy. Highly recomended.

Chuck showed up right on time, quickly assessed the issue and recommended a solution, complete with a detailed explanation. Great communication skills. After I gave him a go-ahead, he implemented the solution in less than one hour. He called me to let me know it was completed and that the suggested solution worked--the problem was solved. Im completely satisfied with Chuck's work and with Benefit Air Conditioning. All around a top-class business.

Kyle and Dereck worked all am removing my old water heater and installing a new one. They were very polite and the clean up was wonderful. I would definitely recommend them and Reeis.

Lincoln Air is a very professional honest company. They ALWAYS take the time to explain what is going on and what they are going to do to fix it, EVERYTIME. Lincoln Air is the ONLY company I will allow to work on my AC system!

Fast response and fixed the leak at a reasonable time also explained the problem clearly. Would definitely use them again.

We have used GB in the past. We have had several issues with our AC that was brand new when we built our home in 2012. The service Technician Roy, that came out in early July told us it would be another 1200 dollars to fix a capacitor. He then proceeded to tell us we need a new unit. The unit would be $14,200. I thought this seemed very high. He also wanted to sell us a $2,000 extended warranty. I thought for that much money the warranty should come with it. He coincided and gave us an extended warranty of sorts. I wrote out a check for $14,200 for the job to be completed on 7.14.2020. The AC crew came as promised on 7.14.2020. They started taking the old unit apart. Before we knew it a technician that shouldn't have been in the attic, stepped on one of our surround sound speakers and it came crashing through the ceiling and almost hit our 6 month old puppy. See pictures attached. When my husband called Roy, he was not very nice and proceeded to use racial slurs against my husband. The incident was reported to GB and we were told that he would be terminated and this was not tolerated, unknown if this really happened. It took them two weeks to repair the hole in our ceiling ( which the guy did a great job) and another week and a half to fix the speaker ( did a great job again, same guy). The be fair for all the chaos they caused the did give us a 2K credit. Fast forward to one month later, 8.14.2020. The AC unit went out at 2pm on a 115 degree day. A tech was sent out and arrived, surprisingly earlier than promised. He was at our home for a total of 20 minutes , blamed the installers for not tightening up a conductor. The AC started to work and all was good. Well for 13 hours, The next day on 8.15.2020, we noticed the house getting warm again ( 115 degree day again) called back to GB, another technician came out and said the guy last night should have replaced the capacitor along with the conductor. He replaced the capacitor and off he went . The AC unit was working again, for 19 hours this time. On Sunday 8.16.2020 ( today) it is currently 113 degrees, we noticed at the same time of day, again, the house was getting very warm. Called GB again and they tried to put us off until tomorrow. The scheduler , finally came back and said a tech will be here between 5-9pm today. I asked to speak with a manager and was told no managers work the weekend. WHAT? There should always be a manager on call for these services.I KNOW l have been taken advantage of and not treated with respect , to have an expensive, overpriced unit not working after a month is ridiculous. GB is having technicians come out and put bandaids on it and not fixing the issue. If it is not fixed properly today and I do not hear back from a manager by 8am tomorrow, 8.17.20, I am hiring an attorney and will sue for a full refund plus aggravation and will have an AC properly installed by another valley provider.

George Blitch with Air Control is such an honest person. Not enough ppl are these days. I was told 2 months ago by a technician w George Brazil that my two 2018 AC units weren't amping correctly and wanted to charge me $1500 to attach some device to each unit, but never told me why. This is apparently their sales tactic to up-sell you on things you don't need at all. I didn't agree to their sales pitch and said I would get back w them if I needed to. Then I met George Blitch. He came over, checked out everything, diagnosed an issue w one of my Nest Thermostats not getting power to the base so I'll deal w that but my AC units were amping perfectly and nothing was wrong! He explained everything, acceptable ranges, how many years my units should last me (20 yrs if maintained appropriately) and his maintenance plan is very affordable. Don't hesitate using George Blitch w Air Control!!

Above par did an awesome job on repairing my air condition. They were patient and professional. Took their time to make sure everything was done right. I was working with Clay the owner and that was a surprise to actually have the owner doing the work.
