I had a great first experience, and I would highly recommend. We live in WI and own a home in AZ. We had an emergency and I called Desert Diamond, they were professional from the start. Jeff our tech took my emergency and made it his own putting me at ease. He arrived at my house in a timely manner, was communicative the entire time he was at my home, fixed my problem and then followed up after he was finished. I will use this company again and again. Thank you Jeff for going above and beyond.

Technicians were reliable and even arrived early! Very professional and very respectful of the environment- they were working on the roof and showed extra care and concern to not damage any tiles as that was the only way to access the ac fan. Company was a referral from my parents who said wonderful things as well! Will keep the recommendations going to my other family and friends as well!

I've been using Goettl for years now for both service and a new system installation a year and a half ago. They're thorough, professional and reliable. I will continue to use them for years to come.

Initially they came out when I called and asked for a diagnostic done on a unit that wasn’t working. Jimmy came out made a quick assessment went through the options with me in regards to replacement of broken part or replacement of entire unit very transparent with all costs. There was absolutely no pressure my wife and I decided to replace the unit and two days later we’re sitting in an icebox. This company is a real deal I would recommend them to anybody who needs service or a replacement done on the air-conditioning. The install team was timely and very thorough with all aspects of installation and coordination of crane timing, and removal of old unit. Hats off
you guys are first class !

A&M Mechanical installed our new air conditioner recently. They did it in only 2 days, left everything the way it was when they began the installation. we are so excited to have our new system! I know this will save us money and it is already working so much better than the old one. It is so quiet - we have to check to see if it is even on., I love A&M Mechanical and would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering a new system. Called Four Seasons for an estimate after another AC service quoted for a major repair. Four Seasons offered a free second opinion. On the visit, Chris from Four Seasons went up to the attic and said nothing major appeared out of order, and still offered to do a minor adjustment free of charge. I am used to high pressure sales tactics. This was a pleasant surprise. This is how you build customer trust. He did say there is a chance I may need a repair in the future and offered to send me an estimate. Great service. I'll definitely call if I need AC service in the future.

This company is great. I'm a local realtor and have been through many different ac companies in the past. Up until now, I have not found one that I would use again. 99% of all my deals (purchasing or listing) need some sort of HVAC service. Cactus was able to schedule a repair with the current owner within the inspection period. Both parties were happy and the deal was not delayed. We were able to close on time with no hiccups. Kyler installed a whole house water filter, a tankless water heater, a water filter for the refrigerator drinking water, a kitchen faucet and repaired leaky faucets. He probably did more that I’m forgetting but suffice it to say he was the best. Very professional, explained everything and was very patient with us. Can’t say enough about him. Very friendly with a good sense of humor. As a previous business owner I know that the most valuable assets are your employees. This business would be wise to keep Kyler. Five stars to both Day and Knight and Kyler. My wife and I completely trusted Kyler with this significant project.

Benefit Air Conditioning has provided excellent service for the past 6 yrs. They call to remind of spring & fall cleaning service. They have serviced our old units until they didn't work anymore and then replaced the old ones with all new interior & exterior heating & A/C units 2 yrs ago. I would highly recommend them for your heating & A/C needs.

I nterviewed for a manager position and I had concerns that I brought to BoB Lincoln the owner. I was concerned that he has been in business for 18 years and has failed to grow. I offered solutions and he got offended and said I wasn't a good fit and never told me why.

I’ve found Ace to be responsive and able to work with my schedule for maintenance. I have not needed to rely on them for emergencies yet but I’d bet they would be dependable then too. Have them take care of your equipment before problems turn up!

Comfort 1 AC is great. Taps came out to to look at a Nest thermostat that I installed but the AC unit was short cycling. I called and spoke with Jessica and she set me up with an appointment.
