Best Air Conditioner And Heat in Phoenix AZ

I called on a Saturday around 4:30. Thinking we would not have a technician come out tonight. It was about 7:40 when she arrived she was very professional and nice. The air was up and running in no time.GREAT experience ??

Really great service. The technician was extremely helpful and took the time to help with a smart thermostat install even though the groupon was only for an AC tune up. He also replaced some old wiring. I'm so glad I found a company that isn't just trying to sell you a new AC unit (my Trane is 27 years old). Look no further for HVAC service.

Just Air, LLC is trustworthy, experienced, and on time.

I had an issue with my AC, and I called Just Air. A nice guy by the name of James M. answered my call, and helped me make an appointment. It was 108* today, so having someone nearby is helpful. My situation was VERY lucky as he was nearby and could assist me and my fiance. He was at our house in ~10 mins. Again, this is situational, as I called at the right time, and he had some time to meet us.

When James arrived, he had a card in hand (as this was his first visit to our house). He introduced himself, was extremely professional, wore shoe protectors in the house, listened intently to our issue, took an assessment, and took our systems symptoms into consideration.

He found the issue quickly, and was honest with us. No beating around the bush, and had our issue resolved in a very timely manner.

Better than the bigger names in town as Just Air does not have to up-sell or meet quotas. Just Air is a honest company, and WILL be calling them from here on out.

I would recommend to family members and friends.

Very fast and efficient service. Came out the next day after I called to get my AC checked for noise and check my heating unit for winter. Came earlier than the time slot. Technician very friendly and knew what he was doing. Was very clear in explaining everything that he did. Highly recommended

Jim, Scott and Jacob did an outstanding job!!
Jim called ahead and they arrived at 8:45am. They removed the old Carrier system and installed the new Trane system in 4 1/4 hrs. The guys were awesome! Professional, courteous and cleaned up after all the work was completed. Answered all of our questions and gave us full instruction on connecting our iPhones to the thermostat. ???

I’ve used a lot of companies in the past and this was the most reliable and professional by far. Another company suggested that I needed a very expensive fix. After these guys came in, they found the real problem and saved me a ton of money. Highly recommend!
