James worked diligently to solve our drain problem. He was here when they said they would be and worked until they found a way to unclog our drain.

Blake replaced my kitchen faucet, 2 cutoff valves,, and the 2 water supply pipes. He also replaced the shower head as requested.

My husband already posted a good review for Tribeca Plumbing but I wanted to add a review of the post-plumbing-work cleanup. Tribeca hired a great tunneling crew to tunnel into our lawn and under our house - in 100 degree weather, I might add. Jay from Tribeca said you'll hardly know we were here after they put things back and that is certainly the case. The crew of up to six people took two days carefully tunneling and two more days carefully replacing the dirt and turf grass. All the while, they were watering the displaced grass every few hours to help it re-establish once they put it back. They also had to take up our flagstones and they put them back down quite nicely. Top notch work by both the plumbers themselves and the dirt-moving crew. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Accurate Leak & Line for cast iron sewer pipe replacement. Received five bids and Accurate Leak & Line were the lowest bid and most knowledgeable. We had all of our sewer pipes replaced including the pipe in our yard going to the city connection. They completed the tunneling, trenching, new pipe install, inspection, and backfill in 10 days. All of their staff and subcontractors were excellent, hardworking people and very professional. They made a dreaded task into a positive experience. DPC did an awesome job. Redid plumbing in my bathroom and shower. Also needed work on my air conditioner and they fixed it. Very efficient and friendly workers. Would always use them in any situation. Recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or air conditioning work.

Professional but expensive

The smartest thing I ever did was purchase the maintenance plan that they offered. So happy with all the work they do for me! Also very friendly and totally transparency.

Daron arrived to fix a leaky outdoor spigot. He immediately diagnosed the problem, provided a quote, discussed the risks, and when I approved replaced the exterior faucet within minutes. He tested his work and made sure the water was properly turned on and run through the house. He was a pleasure to work with. I will call Pure Plumbing again in the future for my plumbing needs and hope Daron is the technician sent to the call.

They were very efficient, and came the same day that I called! The technician, I came to find out did a lot of work for my parents, years ago. I like to know that a plumber has had that much experience!! I would highly recommend Atlas Plumbing.

My kitchen sink faucet was linking. I had another company look at it and that plumber told me that I needed to buy a new faucet and then they would install it. I did buy a new faucet. Herndon McFarland was already schedule to come out. Their plumber took one look at the faucet and fixed in within 5 minutes (probably less). No new faucet needed. I also asked the Herndon McFarland plumber how much it would have cost if I would have installed a new faucet. Their quote was 1/2 of the quote of the other plumber.

repairman was a little late but I was kept up to date on where he was. He inspected the drains that were giving us problems and cleared them both and made sure they were completely clean.
