Rate a 0 for worst customer handling possible. Performed one test, charged $350 for test, paid for camera pics but never provided pictures despite being paid. Very rude, angry, threatening.Company replied to this as if they did nothing wrong. They actually called me a liar, threatened to take me to small claims court for disputing their 2nd $350 charge. Owner refused to return $ and refused to provide pics. Their reply below on wanting to handle this, is not an honest reply. I got 2 other quotes for the same job. Tribeca quoted $7000, 2nd quote was $5000, 3rd quote was $3500, HALF what Tribeca quoted. That along with the horrible attitude of the person handling business is enough reason to keep scrolling. Reported to BBB also.

Everything was fine and the guys always did a nice job and cleaned up as if they had never been there. Recently they have not called me back when I left 2 messages. Which I did not understand. I know they have been busy with repairs from the freeze however no one bothered to tell me that was the reason they would not call me back to discuss two jobs at my house which they already knew needed to be done.

Just an fyi for everyone that this is a service that routes your call to random companies based on the zip code you enter. They will answer in the wee hours of the morning. I called to find out where my plumber was as I had heard nothing back 7 hours later and got a different company that they had none of my information from my call at 4am.

Slate Plumbing is 5 star all the way! Our technician Daniel Horne, took extra time to educate us on the sewer cleanouts and how we could inspect them ourselves and open them quickly if a back-up occurred (better to have a back-up happen outside the house than into your tub or toilets!) He also went under the crawl space to inspect, and even told us that our pipes (cast iron) can be very fragile over time and if other plumbers were going to clean them out, to make sure to tell them to inspect the pipes before and after they were cleaned out to ensure they didnt damage the pipe further. Their prices seem reasonable and the service and education portion were particularly helpful. I would call them again in a heartbeat if we have further plumbing issues.

STOLE OUR MONEY !! GIVE US OUR $170 BACK !! Very bad service and very dishonest on their work. They charge $179 for not doing anything just so they can come back and steal more money with a different method of plumbing. REFUND REFUND NOW

Great work, fixed the problem quickly, and even took care of a couple of extra jobs while they were at it. Reasonable price for all work they did.

Highly recommend Accurate Leak & Line for cast iron sewer pipe replacement. Received five bids and Accurate Leak & Line were the lowest bid and most knowledgeable. We had all of our sewer pipes replaced including the pipe in our yard going to the city connection. They completed the tunneling, trenching, new pipe install, inspection, and backfill in 10 days. All of their staff and subcontractors were excellent, hardworking people and very professional. They made a dreaded task into a positive experience. I’ve used AAA Auger three times now and they’re always great. Peter came out this time and he was friendly, informative and fast. I appreciate that they keep you updated on arrival times and send you a picture of the person coming to conduct the repairs - which adds an extra layer of safety/security.
