Did a shower valve replacement. Excellent service!

This is the 3rd time I've been in a pinch and needed someone right away Tribeca Plumbing came through again. They went above and beyond the call of duty and they will get my business in the future.Richard and Patrick were wonderful and found 3 leaks we didn't know we had while repairing the one we called about. They also inspected the rest of the underside of our old pier and beam house to make sure there were no leaks when they left. This was all done in some very cold weather yesterday. My hat's off to tribeca and crew!

Everything was fine and the guys always did a nice job and cleaned up as if they had never been there. Recently they have not called me back when I left 2 messages. Which I did not understand. I know they have been busy with repairs from the freeze however no one bothered to tell me that was the reason they would not call me back to discuss two jobs at my house which they already knew needed to be done.

I have used Reeves several times over the years. In difficult jobs like gas lines, they were fair, thorough & reacted quickly. Brian Reeves came out to supervise personally in the job.On simple jobs, again fair, thorough & speedy.Simply put, I trust them.

I had a leak under the concrete slab of my home with standing water in my master closet. These guys from Roto-Rooter came in and diagnosed the problem and began working to rectify the damage... from the explanations, to taking out the wet stinky carpet to repairing leak and floor to drying out the house and garage, these guys took care of me and my home... They turned a bad situation into a wonderful experience. I am grateful for Roto-Rooter. Love those guys!

They only did diagnostic test but they were very professional and very informative.

I have used One source twice in the last 3 years. Once for my initial issue of a backup caused from roots sliding into a crack on the outside plumbing. They came out and did a camera to show me the issue in the cracked pipe and helped me clean out as much as they could because I couldn’t afford to fix it right there and then. But about 1 and a half year later when I had the money to repair it they honored the quote they gave me from the previous time and was able to repair it literally the next day and finished within a few hours. It was awesome how fast they could repair it and show me all they did.

I have had them over to my house twice to do repairs. All were done quickly and efficiently. Everyone has been extremely professional as well. I actually live far way, and I pay extra to have them drive to come to my house, and it's well worth it for a company you can trust!

Steve arrived right on time and quickly found the problem. I would recommend them to anyone that has a plumbing problem.

We had a leaking, running toilet and the downspout on our shower stopped working allowing us to only take baths. We called Dallas Plumbing to make a service appointment to have it repaired. They sent Austin Thomas out , he was friendly , arrived on-time and took care of all our plumbing issues quickly and at a very fair price. We are so appreciative and cannot wait to take a hot shower! Highly recommend Dallas Plumbing. We will definitely use again if needed.

I have used them a couple of times and am very impressed by their service. There is always someone answering the phone and they are on time. The best thing about them is that they do not charge you until they come out and review the need repairs. That allows me to make an accurate decision on whether or not to continue without a trip charge that kind of forces you to proceed because of the sunk cost.

I called them with an emergency early in the morning and by noon the job was done, and for a fair price. Would not hesitate to call them again. Great service.

Team did an excellent job assessing the problem. Once assessment completed they communicated the problem and gave me options for a good long-term fix. ... I will definitely use this company in the future

STAY AWAY!!! ZERO STARS!!!I chose to do business with this company because of the reviews and their A+ BBB rating. Hopefully I can spare someone else the trouble. This company and its owner are very disrespectful to the customer and have ZERO people skills.First of all they charge you $$ just to come out to your home and diagnose your problem and give you a bid. Pick a different company that will do this for FREE - there are many licenced/bonded and A+ BBB companies in the DFW that will do this for free.Secondly they bill you by the hour, not by the job. This is where they can really run up your bill. Other reputable companies will do plumbing work for a flat rate with no hidden expenses.When I first called Atlas I was impressed to speak to the owner Sonny who quoted me a price on the phone to install a new shower faucet, raise the drain up an inch, and move the valve up and over. We were doing a shower remodel. The wall was already opened up and was ready for the plumbing work to be done. We wanted the faucet installed so that we could build the wall up around it. Sonny quoted me $300-$400. When the actual plumber came out he did the work - minus raising the drain because he told me the drain didn't need to be raised mind you- he gave me a bill that was just a shade under $600.I asked him why was it so much more expensive than what Sonny had quoted me. His response was that he brought a second plumber with him so they could do the work in half the time. So I had to pay for the extra plumber's time/labor. It would have taken him twice as long if he didn't bring the second plumber so he claimed. Feeling as though I had been taken advantage of, I paid the man and decided I would never do business with Atlas plumbing again. I'd just chalk it up to a loss and move on.Once we had the new shower wall up we called a new plumber to hook the faucet up for us. He could not get it to work properly and said the faucet valve was defective and should have been tested by Atlas before they billed me. I really did not want to do business with Atlas again so I called another plumber for 2nd opinion. It was the same verdict. Defective faucet valve should have been tested by Atlas. Then, they told me how to fix my problem: remove the defective shower faucet valve and replace it with a new one that is not defective. They also recommended I call Atlas to see if they would help, considering I paid them $600 already to install this faucet.So I called Atlas to talk about the problem and see what options we could come up with. However Sonny quickly let me know in a rude way that his company was not responsible for the defective valve because I purchased it from Lowe's. He was very crass telling me that it's not his fault and he is not just going to open up his wallet and give me his money.Appalling. Is this the way you want a plumber to talk to you when you have a problem? I tried to reason with him. I said I'm not asking for any money back. He said well it certainly would not be covered by any warranty on his company's work. I said that's fine. He said he would see if he could get Curtis to come back out and look at it. I said okay sounds good and the call was ended.After thinking about how that conversation with Sonny went I became more and more unhappy. I decided to call him back to tell him I was unhappy with his response to my problem. I wanted to give him one last chance to show me he can offer an ounce of customer service. He again was rude and crass. I told him I will not do any further business with his company and to not bother sending Curtis out to my home. I also told him I would file a complaint against him with the BBB. He proceeded to call me an A@@hole and hung up on me.Now, if that sounds like the kind of customer service you would like then by all means call Atlas Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Again, I don't want any money back from these people. Just hoping I can steer at least one customer away from them :)

Best plumbing service experience ever! Highly skilled, personable and good price

During the winter storm I called them to go and fix a broken pipe.Because I have no power nor water at my house I was staying with friends. As soon as they texted me they had sent a technician immediately started driving towards my house and told them I would be there in 15 minutes.I show up 20 minutes later (5 minute difference!) and they had already cancelled my appointment and dispatched his technician elsewhere. They called me a few minutes earlier, but because I was driving my apple phone automatically diverts calls away, so because I didn’t pickup immediately they decided they’d just cancel my service appointment, and even said to me “ Best of luck, maybe answer your phone next time so we aren't wasting our time.”I would highly discourage anybody to do business with this business. Horrible customer service during an emergency situation.

Teo De La Cruz with Milestone came and did a Cleaning, Inspection and Test of my HVAC System. He was very friendly with good customer interaction skills. He was very thorough and explained all my options to consider.
