Best Water Heater Replacement in Dallas TX

We had a leak that we could not find but the water meter was constantly running and our bills were over 250 a month. They were the only ones to find the leak two feet under the ground near the driveway were a pipe had cracked. The dug the hole repaired the pipe and put the dirt and grass back making it look like nothing was disturbed. Great job. We have used this company for years!!

Great company! Very good at explaining the issues and how repair that will be done. We chose the more non-evasive repair that other companies wouldn’t do. They did this is a very timely manner and started the job quickly...Another plus!They saved us thousands and we didn’t have to tear out bathrooms!! I would high recommend Richard and his company! Horrible customer service and shoddy work. I called another plumbing company for a leak underneath my kitchen sink because I had the same or similar problem in November 2021 and thought that the work was still under warranty with that company. When the plumber arrived from the other company and after fixing the problem, I asked him what the issue was and what could be done in the future to prevent this. He stated that I needed to get a new garbage disposal. I told him that I just had a new garbage disposal installed by another plumbing company (One Source). He then informed me that the disposal was not connected properly and said that the pipe was not placed far enough up. Had I known that the problem was related to the installation of the garage disposal by One Source, I would have called One Source to rectify the problem, but I didn't know until after the repair was made. When I contacted One Source about reimbursement, including providing the receipt of the work done by the other company, they refused to reimburse me stating that their work was under warranty and that I should've contacted them instead. However, as I explained to them, I did not know the leaking water was related to the improper installation of the garbage disposal by their company.

I called for help a couple of times and Tom Sheffield came out and took care of the problem quick and did a great job. He is such a great and honest person and doesn’t give you the run around. If you want the job done right and you don’t want to be over charged for everything contact Sheffield Plumbing in Oak Cliff, they will definitely get your toilet/pipes or whatever your problem they will fix it and will get it working again.

Highly recommend Accurate Leak & Line for cast iron sewer pipe replacement. Received five bids and Accurate Leak & Line were the lowest bid and most knowledgeable. We had all of our sewer pipes replaced including the pipe in our yard going to the city connection. They completed the tunneling, trenching, new pipe install, inspection, and backfill in 10 days. All of their staff and subcontractors were excellent, hardworking people and very professional. They made a dreaded task into a positive experience. I described over the phone what my problem was and they were able to diagnose it quickly. Three hours later my problem was fixed and I can sleep a little better at night very professional very efficient. Very satisfied customer!

BEWARE!!! Howard is an unethical plumber that never fixed a water heater that he was paid in advance over $600 to fix, that should have costs $50 in parts plus labor. Howard was not knowledgeable of hot water heaters or the electrical components required for installation. Howard sold me a stolen water heater that he knew would not work in my home and left with the money and stopped answering his phone. He also lied about how much he was owed for a reimbursement of parts that were never used because of the incorrect water heater that he brought. Howard is unprofessional as he does not arrive on time. We would agree to meet at 4:30 and each time he would arrive at my home after 9pm and always have an excuse as to why he was late. Howard comes off as a sincere person however it is all a scam to make you comfortable with him. I advise anyone to avoid doing business with him. I will be taking legal action against Howard and 3rd generation plumbing pros.

RC Pros mails out coupons that says free second opinion and free sewer line inspection but they don't honor the coupons. They want you to pay a trip fee of $89. What? Don't they know what free means? These guys are crooks.
