Rey and his team were communicative and helpful in determining what was wrong with the old water heater, working with my home warranty, and buying and installing a new water heater. Rey was able to advise on what we needed and he helped us make decisions on how to proceed. He also found the best deal, picked up, and installed the new water heater quickly. I will use him again and I recommend FTR.

Rey got me squared away with a new water heater for my first home. This was my first swing at getting a hot water heater replaced and Rey made it a great experience. Within a week he assessed the need and replaced the tank. The replacement was super quick and he charged a fraction of the cost of the big name companies in the area. I dealt with this guy “Rey“ for one week, and he was doing great services for my house, my sisters house, and my business, so I thought I built trust with him but it turned out He’s bad like any other Plumber unfortunately! He installed a water heater and told me it should be heating within 30 minutes and I trusted him and paid him fully for it. Here we are 10 days later, NO HOT WATER and he will not answer my calls or texts anymore! Disgusting! Never use this guy!
