Rey and his team were communicative and helpful in determining what was wrong with the old water heater, working with my home warranty, and buying and installing a new water heater. Rey was able to advise on what we needed and he helped us make decisions on how to proceed. He also found the best deal, picked up, and installed the new water heater quickly. Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! Thank you!

Rey got me squared away with a new water heater for my first home. This was my first swing at getting a hot water heater replaced and Rey made it a great experience. Within a week he assessed the need and replaced the tank. The replacement was super quick and he charged a fraction of the cost of the big name companies in the area. I will definitely use Rey again for any of my plumbing needs. I highly recommend him if you're looking for great value and great service.
I must say that FTR Service Company is probably the best plumbing service in Dallas. They went above and beyond dealing with my sink and toilet changes. These guys are professional and offer the best pricing.

I called FTR Service Company for electric water heater repair and they were able to come out the same day. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable, and my water heater is now working perfectly.
Used FTR Service Company for garbage disposal repair and they did a fantastic job. Their technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and fixed the disposal quickly. I am happy with their service.
I dealt with this guy “Rey“ for one week, and he was doing great services for my house, my sisters house, and my business, so I thought I built trust with him but it turned out He’s bad like any other Plumber unfortunately! He installed a water heater and told me it should be heating within 30 minutes and I trusted him and paid him fully for it. Here we are 10 days later, NO HOT WATER and he will not answer my calls or texts anymore! Disgusting! Never use this guy!

When was the last time YOUR plumber really thought about your situation and solved an unusual problem cheaper and faster than anyone else thought???That’s what Rey did w my plumbing issue. We diagnosed on Friday and was coming back to finish on Monday -but- after thinking about my problem over the weekend, he came up with a great option to save me some $ and do the job faster. Thanks Rey!I’ll definitely be using FTR again.
