Best Toilet Replacement in Dallas TX

This is the third time that I have had Cody & Sons out to my house for plumbing or AC works. All the techs are professional, communicative, and quick. They make you feel like they are trying to help you and not upsell you on unnecessary things. Giovanni has been my tech twice for AC needs and he is hard-working, friendly, and very customer-service oriented. Could not recommend Giovanni and Cody & Sons enough.

I had a pipe leak inside a dry wall at 4am; I called Tribeca and master plumber Jay came out when promised at 6:30 am; diagnosed and repaired the problem within two hours for less than i had been expecting. I highly recommend.

When you think “responsive,” are you thinking hours? 1-2 days? Try minutes! I discovered last night that our gas water heater was dead. It is now less than 24 hours later and we have a brand new water heater and are minutes away from a hot shower. Problem: Refill would not stop and the water shut off value no longer worked, also there was a leak from around one of the connections to the refill valve.Same day service and when an earlier appointment became available I was called and asked if I would like the earlier time. Everything went as I was told from my first call. Gabe arrived and I explained what I thought I needed and he took a look and made one additional recommendation which I took. He gave an estimate and I said that was great (I also received a $50.00 discount, THANKS!). The work was done quickly and he went above my expectations by cleaning the pipe and reaffixing the face plate to the wall on the water outlet to the toilet. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

We have had them out 3 times, 3 times they listed different things that needed attention. Nothing was ever repeated. Felt like it was nothing but an upsale opportunity for them. Of course everything was 5k then presented in packages none of which were very affordable
