Mickey called before he came and showed up even earlier than the scheduled time. He was polite and friendly, and he quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Two courteous and professional men arrived and made quick work of the repair. They were masked, and even used plastic covers on their shoes to keep from tracking the snow into the house. Atlas was recommended by my tankless water heater (Rinnai) and did a great job. The tech was very knowledgeable compared to two companies I used previously that did not resolve the issue.
