Best System Leak in Dallas TX

Update: I have still not received a call back, but did get a response regarding this review. I have not been given another option, all I was told was that they would get back to me on what could be done and the cost, which has not happened.I had Cody & Sons look fix a leak in my shower. After the first visit, they were to order parts needed. It has now been a month since that first visit and I still have not heard anything about a part being ordered. I had to call at least 7 times to get any type of return call as they are TERRIBLE at communication, and from my experience, at customer service. It's disappointing as they are rated very highly and came recommended by a friend that works there.Again, it's been 1 month for a leak in the shower and all I get from them is I'll have a manager call.

Had a busted pipe outside and looked on google and called another plumbing service and was greeted by a very unfriendly and unprofessional person on the other end so I hung up and looked more and found Metro. I was greeted by Nicole who was the one of the most professional and friendly receptionists I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking to. She was clear and concise about pricing and availability and made me feel valued as a customer right off the bat! The technician RJ showed up on time and was very friendly and cool! We talked shop as he surveyed the busted pipe and then he went to his truck and came back and had repaired it in literally about 30 seconds to a minute. I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received and I highly recommend this company!!

They were working a job near her office where they found the purse on the roof. They could have easily ignored and moved on with their day. I have used Curtis at Atlas for years. He has left Atlas, and my first experience with their new plumber was terrible. He spent three hours looking for a leak I have in one bathroom and trying to find out why I had no water pressure in another bathroom. He found no cause or solution for either, but charged me $500., so I paid $500, and have nothing resolved. I will not be using Atlas in the future.
